Mark, Just wanted to say we adored and loved your place. It was by far the cleanest and neatest place we ever stayed in. We loved how you decorated it .. We appreciated you hospitality and going out of your way to may our stay just perfect. I would highly recommend your place to our friends and we would certainly come back again. Mark, We all want to thank you for making our stay so perfect. You have a beautiful apartment and we really felt at home. We all noticed you take such pride in your home. So clean, so neat and organized .... We would definetely would come back again. We enjoyed our mornings sitting by your pool ... Sorry that I had so many questions before renting from you. I just wanted to be sure too. Again you have a lovely place. Have a great up coming summer. The girls from NH , Lynne , Maureen and Gigi. I would give your place a 5 star!!!!!!! PS..

Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Make sure to read the contract carefully, there is a penalty if you check out 1 minute past 10am.

Owner response:HiScott, Thank you for your response and in put, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, but wanted to explain the check-out by 10am. This rule is put in place to make sure the apartment is 100% perfectly clean in and outside the unit for all guest each and everytime, someone arrives, which takes about 7 hours give or take. Its very important that all guest enjoy the same quility each and everytime, but it also states in the rules, if you need a late check-out and I can at a small fee, I will try to work with your plains when possible. Mark and Mitch, We enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet and peaceful yet close to the things we needed and wanted to see. I stayed here for a long weekend while on business in S. Florida and everything was great (except the weather, but I don't think Mark and Mitch control that). Very clean and wonderfully-designed. Anything that was needed was taken care of right away and it is in a great location! Thanks again guys and best wishes.

My daughter and I spent 2 magnificent weeks in this apartment. We are already planning our next trip. The pool is wonderful and the gardens are lush and colorful. The apartment is the safest, cleanest property I have ever rented. It includes everything anyone needs and if not, there are all kinds of stores and great dining only 5 minutes away. Mark and Mitch are excellent hosts and we felt as if we were staying with family. I highly, highly recommend this property. We are coming back soon.

The apt. is great for a couple. The enclosed courtyard is beautiful. The location was great. The decor was tasteful. It felt newly renovated. Very clean. I was very pleased with my first rental experience with VRBO.

Loved our stay at this property. The owner was very helpful with local information and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location is away from the hussle and bussle but not too far away. It was perfect. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and patio and the apartment itself is beautifully decorated and felt like home. Thank you Mark for all your hospitality, we hope to return again soon.
