Wake up in the morning from our individually owned 5 Star, Platinum rated #405 unit and look out and see the Panama City's famous powder white sand beach and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from our Simmons pillow top king sized bed. Walk out on the 25 foot balcony from the Master Bedroom for your early morning coffee. From this low 4th floor you can watch your kids at the pool or on the beach. Enjoy the two pools as well as the hot tub directly on the beach. Once hitting the beach, check in with EBS Beach Service to get your complimentary two lounges and umbrella!
This condo is one of the few floor plans on the beach that you can access the view from the Master Bedroom or the Living room. This premium floor plan also has a separate small bedroom with a single bed over a double and a full bath across the hall as compared to bunks located in the hall. With a pillow top king bed in the Master, a single over a full sized bed in the second bedroom, plus a commercial grade queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, you can sleep six comfortably. The unit has all stainless appliances as well as tile throughout including the bedrooms. It is located right next to the elevator only one floor up from the parking walk over.
The unit is tastefully decorated with three flat screen HD TV's. One in each bedroom as well as the living room. There are three DVD players, one for each TV, free Wi-Fi and high speed internet service (we are one of the very few Seychelles condos that have its own WiFi radio for excellent reception), black out drapes; you will have access to two pools, sauna, and fitness room. free long distance (US/Canada) is provided with your rental package. Our unit is one of the three or four condos in the complex that has a FULL SIZE front load Maytag washer and dryer, not the tiny stacked unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with Corean countertops; all you need to bring is the food.
Seychelles was built in 2006 and is located on the 'quiet end' of the beach within walking distance to St. Andrews Park and restaurants; Schooners, and Montego Bay. The world famous Captain Andersons can be found within a quarter of a mile. All building, beach and pool access is controlled by security code.

We've been to PC Beach several times but first time staying at this condo. It was awesome! The condo was very clean, we'll stocked, and the ocean view from the balcony was incredible. We were able to sit on the patio every morning and watch dolphins!! The property is very secure. We walked the beach down to St. Andrews State Park twice while we were there. The last night of our trip, we did our laundry in the washer and dryer inside the condo while we packed up. It was great coming home with NO laundry to do!!! Schooners is right next door and so casual you can enter from the beach in flip flops and a bathing suit and fit right in! What a wonderful vacation. We can't wait to go back!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at Gregg and Deborah's home-away-from-home for three months and enjoyed every minute! From the soft blues/creams in the condo to the emerald green coast all was a tranquil retreat. The kitchen is ready to "come on in" and cook as it was stocked with all that was necessary. Wonderful, wonderful time! THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL CONDO WITH A PERFECT VIEW OF THE GULF. THIS WAS OUR SECOND STAY IN THIS CONDO AND LOTS OF UPGRADES WERE MADE SINCE OUR LAST VISIT WHICH WERE GREAT. VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. IT HAS GREAT APPLIANCES WHICH ARE TOP OF THE LINE. THE OWNER WAS VERY FRIENDLY, FAST AND EFFICIENT AT ANSWERING ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WE GOT CARRY-OUT AT THE EGG AND I FOR LUNCH WHICH WAS SUPERB. THIS IS A MAGNIFICENT LOOKING RESTAURANT AND THE ENTIRE MENU SOUNDS WONDERFUL. WE ATE AT THE SHRIMP BOAT TWICE AND IT IS ALWAY SUPERB, A LITTLE PRICEY BUT WORTH IT. WE WILL DEFINITELY VISIT THIS CONDO AGAIN. We arrived emotionally drained to be welcomed by a clean entrance way, glistening tile floors, modern stainless appliances and then the master bed--heaven in a mattress. We checked all of our baggage that had emotionally drained us over the past seven years and let the peace and presence of the condo envelop us as the balcony welcomed us yet further...begging us to come listen to the ocean carressing the shores with its waves. The smells and sounds of the sun and surf and the laughter of children playing all a harmonious song. As we went down to lay on the beach our Beach Service Attendant, a most attentive young man, took care of our needs for getting our chairs and umbrella and making sure we were set throught our stay.... The nightlife and eating establishments are all very close..with Schooners right below and Andy's Flour Power a MUST Shopping at the Pier is fn and you can find anything and everything To say this was the Recharge of us emotionally is true and to say that this is the start of a new Journey of a long-term relationship definate... YOU will not be dissappointed with a stay hereRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a magnificent vacation. I took my elder grandparents and my mother. The condo is beautifully decorated and the description of the property was on the money. Mother nature didn't really cooperate but we still had a wonderful time. The owners are very sweet people who want to ensure that their guest had a great stay. Definately worth 5 stars. We will definately revisit this condo. My family and I had a wonderful time at your condo in Seychelles. We were there for a World Series Tournament and enjoyed our time on the Beach as well. The condo had everything we could ask for and was exceptionally clean. The elevators were very fast and we never had to wait more that a couple of minutes. Gregg was exceptional to work with and even called to check on us after we checked in. We will definately make this condo a place to stay when we return.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with the finest of everything. We found it very clean and in a prime location -- one floor above the parking garage walkover right outside the elevators. The owners have done an excellent job of making their 2nd home very comfortable and inviting for their guests.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I spent the week of 4th of July and everything was perfect. The condo is beautiful and very clean. We visited our favorite restaurants - Scampys, Captain Anderson's and Schooner's. Beach service was an added bonus. About the owner: Our names are Gregg and Deborah Tonkin and we live in Fort Payne, Alabama. We try to visit our 'second home' as much as we possibly can. Even before purchasing our condo, PCB has been like another home to us. We have been married since 1980, spent our honeymoon here and most every year since has been spent on our favorite beach.
Why the Owner Chose Seychelles:
We spent a lot of time shopping condo's, looking at the positives and negatives of each complex. The reason we chose Seychelles was mainly due the location, on the extreme East end of the beach. Not only is it less crowded but it is out of the traffic loop. Traffic on Front Beach Road can be awful especially near Pier Park, the condo's on the far West end were located very close to the water leaving very little beach.
We picked our particular unit for a couple of reasons, we wanted to be on a lower floor so not only could we tell what was going on at the beach, pool, etc. but high enough for privacy so we could leave the curtains open day or night if we wished. The second reason was our unit is one of the few with the Master bedroom opening up to the balcony overlooking the gulf. What can I say about that!!
Several very good restaurants are within walking distance including Schooners, Scampi's, and Montego Bay. There is no reason most evenings to even have to get in your car.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love getting up in the morning, go to the balcony, drink our coffee and read the paper. We can watch the dolphins as well as anything else going on in the water or on the beach. At night, except during mid Summer, we can leave the sliding glass door open slightly and let the surf put us to sleep.
