Our fourth floor unit has over 2100 SF with a large terrace for the most fantastic ocean and pool views along with a table and chairs, and wet bar. The villa has two large bedrooms with a king size pillow top bed in the Master and two queens in the second bedroom. The Master has a jetted tub, dual sinks with a dressing table, and shower. Both bedrooms come with large closets, TV’s, and telephones. The living room has a (sleep) sofa, love seat, and entertainment center with TV, DVD, & VCR. If dining is your pleasure, there is a full kitchen and dining table for 6.
The property features an Infinity pool with fountains, a swim up bar, and not one, but 5 hot tubs all with ocean views for you to enjoy. There are restaurants for fine dining, pool side dining, breakfast and lunch. Next door is a European Spa to tamper your every need and also tennis courts for your enjoyment. We bought our Villa 3409 in 2005. We'd stayed at Villa La Estancia a couple of times prior to the purchase and just fell in love with the Villa La Estancia and Cabo San Lucas. Our Villa is so relaxing and comfortable it make you feel like you're at home. Going out to the beach in the morning to watch the local fishermen catch what might be the special for the night is so exciting. The people in and around Cabo San Lucas make you feel so special and appreciated that you never worry about anything, but having a good time. With all the recreational things to do and the great food and nightlife, Cabo San Lucas is by far one of the best destinations and Villa La Estancia is the place to stay.

Villa La Estancia Fantastic Venue For Relaxation In Cabo San Lucas

The property is amazingly beautiful with well-trimmed gardens and immaculate grounds. The staff is very knowledgable and their welcoming attitude exceded our expectations. The owner was was very responsive in answering all our our questions and provided good dining recommendations. The restaurants and bars at the resort are very pricey and it is best to travel Downtown for food, drinks, and entertainment. Taxi Downtown is only $7. The bell desk recommended The Wyndham as a good spot for the taxi to drop you off--and it is. We certainly would stay at Villa La Estencia in the future and have already recommended it to friends.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Thanks so much Jeff for letting us rent the place for our family Christmas vacation. What a great spot to pass Christmas! We have three small children 4, 5, and 6 year old and they loved the place. Great pools, hot tubs, and very conveniently located on the beach! Also with access to each of the neighboring resort pools and restaurants you really don’t even have to leave the property for anything. The resort is also located close enough to town that walking into town was easy. I also really loved how the second bedroom is separated from the main area, but still connected via the balcony! How great that was for us and the kids (or another couple) have our privacy when we wanted. The staff on hand is top notch, and the service impeccable. We also met many other vacationers who come to this resort every year! I would highly recommend this for both a fantastic family get away or couples looking to have a romantic getaway. We look forward to our next trip back!!

Jeff, just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Cabo. The villa was very roomy and everything was just as you advertised. We especially enjoyed the large terrace and the spa next door. La Estancia has a wonderful location right on the beach and the service and all of the facilities were superior. Thanks for allowing us to rent your beautiful villa.

Wow,what a fantastic place. The pictures do not do this justice. The unit was very tasteful,clean and very well appointed with very new appliances. We would definately come back.The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Thanks Jeff for an excellent experience using VRBO

We just came back from 3 great days in Cabo. The accomadations were outstanding. You were in town in 5 mins by cab. The beach was fantastic, great for swimming, snorkeling. It was a 5 min walk on the beach to the mango deck and the office. the nice part is that while at the resort you feel miles away from everything but in reality you are 5 mins from everyything!
