The 5 of us could not have been more pleased with this condo rental. The location was so peaceful and the condo layout was perfect for a group of adults. Lincoln is a much more laid back town compared to Conway, yet close enough to all the fun fall activities in the area. Some details for future renters: The condo has a good supply of quality linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable-- some with feather beds. The HE washer/dryer are quite large. Parking is in the driveway, not in the garage. The kitchen is minimally stocked, so you may not have all the items for a large meal or to put away leftovers. Be sure to bring your own bath and laundry soap. Only 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels are provided. Garbage bags and dishwasher soap are provided. We would recommend this rental.

This property was absolutely amazing. The house was very spacious and contained lots of upgrades with appliances and bedding. I liked that the house seemed like it was in the woods but yet close enough to the grocery store and restaurants for easy take out items. I would recommend this condo to everyone. Owners did a great job communicating. Listing photos and information are very accurate about the condo. My mom has difficulty with stairs so it was great that this condo starts on ground level and she didn't have to climb any stairs. There are 2 bedrooms on this level and 2 bedrooms downstairs. I am ready to go back!

Amazing Place

What a great place!! My family and I had a blast. We spent the days playing in the river that's right behind the condo. We spent the early evenings having family movie nights down in the basement watching the included DVDs on the giant tv. The owner is easy to communicate with and answered all questions very quickly. We can't wait to get back.

Relaxed and Rejuvenated!

A last minute plan to head to Lincoln for the long weekend resulted in the most relaxing vacation stay we have ever had. This condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and had all the comforts of home, but the sound of the river running so closely behind it was the highlight for us. We had no idea that that river would keep us entertained the entire weekend and call us back for more. We got groceries around the corner and rented movies for the big screen TV but didn’t want to watch them because of the beautiful sound of the river. We walked down to the river in the morning and waded upstream to a gathering place where other families were also enjoying nature’s fun spot. We had originally booked this condo for the use of the Loon Mountain Club facilities and the front desk was very accommodating when we asked for a tour. We would have made more use of the facilities had we booked a longer stay, but the river kept us busy. The fire-pit was another family favorite. Along side the hot-tub after a cool afternoon in the river the fire was a perfect ending to the evening. Sleeping was a joy, the beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were very nice, but again even in mid-summer we had the window open to enjoy the sound and cool breeze from the river. Our family of three enjoyed this home very much. We hope to bring more family and friends with us next time since we know there is plenty of room. Many thanks to the owner for setting us up on such short notice. We hope to be back soon!

Second Time and it gets better

My family has spent two times at this condo. Both times in May. Owners very easy to deal with. We had trouble getting something to work and the owner had a maintence person on site and problem fixed within 30 minutes. The addition of the second bunk bed and fuse ball table was excellent.

My cousins and I rented this home in late may 2011 for the weekend. , and we were not disappointed. The house was so clean and well decorated. We went ziplining for my cousins 24th birthday, the ziplining place was located 10min from the house. I93 is located close to the home as well as a miniature golf place. The house was cozy &warm. The owners were extremely helpful and courteous. the kitchen is also well stocked, which made preparing meals a lot easier!

Great Vacation

We stayed here for a long week-end in March with our children and a couple of their friends. What a wonderful time. So easy having everything at our fingertips. How often do you have a houseful of teenagers and they're all happy and smiling the whole time. Afte skiing all day they would grab a snack and head to the pool/jacuzzi/steam room. Afterwards they'ld come home for dinner then head off to the hot tub located minutes away from the condo. The condo is beautiful and very welcoming. We hope to visit again next year. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We spent two wonderful winter weekends here and could not have asked for a better place. It comfortably slept 14 of us and gave each family their own bathroom/space. The kitchen had everything you need and there were also games and toys for our several young children. I did not mind staying at the condo with my 16 month old while everyone else was skiing. The finished basement was a great place for the teenage boys to hang out and have their own space/TV. It was extremely clean with very nice linens and beautiful bathrooms. Everyone's favorite part was the convenient shuttle to the mountain and then skiing down the trail to get back home. Hope to go back again next year!

We have just returned from a one week family vacation from Loon Mountain. We are a family of 5 with children ranging in age from 1 1/2 to 9 years old. This home was perfect for our stay! The photos on the website are accurate but don't clearly depict how large the lower living level is (which was a perfect "play room" for our little ones). We all loved roasting smores around the fire pit in the evenings and then getting in the hot tub. The sound of running water from the creek out back was so calming. The property is very clean. The owners answered all of our questions in a timely manner. There were SO many family friendly things to do locally! We'll definitely plan on returning next year.

We had a great family vacation in Lincoln. This condo is extremely clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us with our four kids. The kids loved swimming in the river behind the condo. It was centrally located to all the attractions in the White Mountains. The owner was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions we had. stayed at this condo with 5 adults and 3 children (ages 1, 2 and 3). Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and spread out. The condo is very well kempt and is in an ideal location with its proximity to the river! It was nice to be close to the main town but still be set back a little from the hustle and bustle of the town. Was still able to leave the car behind and walk to the places that we wanted to go in town. Loved being able to sit on the back deck and hear the river. The onsite jacuzzi and fire pit were nice too. The owners have made their condo very accomodating for families looking to vacation with their children and not have to bring half of the house with them. Childrens dining table worked out great giving more room for the adults at the main dining table. All of the toys and the video games provided were fun for the kids and the adults. The owners were easy to work with and would respond to you quickly if you had any questions at all. It was nice also to be able to use the ammenities at loon mountain as well. We would definitly rent this condo again in the future. We all truly enjoyed our stay!

To celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday, I rented this place for a summer weekend and invited nine of our closest friends to join us. The minute we set foot in the condo, we were in heaven. The place was immaculate and had tons of great ammenities, including comfortable beds, clean linens, modern bathrooms, two large flatscreen TVs, a well-stocked kitchen, and even a collection of boardgames. Depsite the large size of our group, we were able to eat, sleep, and hang out on the deck and patio comfortably. The big back yard was perfect for playing yard games, and we spent several hours riding the natural rock slides in the river, which was only a stone's throw away. We also made use of the communal hottub and firepit each night. Lincoln's accomadations, including restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, and a liquor store were very closeby, as was a zipline tour, which I highly recommend trying. Everyone had an amazing time and by the end of our trip, we were already planning our next visit! I looked like a real hero for finding such a great place and was able to enjoy the many kudos without revealing how easy and effortless the owners had made setting the weekend up.

My family and I just spent a long weekend here and the whole experience was first class. The home is absolutely beautiful and was laid out perfectly for both adults and children. All of the up-scale amenities really hit a home run with my family. The hot tub and walking trails along the river were enjoyed as much as the attractions we visited. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a first class vaction!

My family loved this condo. It was very modern and had plenty of space for my family of 4 plus my parents. The location was awesome too-just about 1 mile to loon mountain where we had a family wedding. While other family members were complaining about hotels, we were very happy with our situation. The upstairs sitting area is kind of small but the downstairs had a large couch and t.v. which the kids loved. Although we didn't spend a lot of time indoors, we were happy to come "home" to this place!

June in Lincoln

We stayed at your Lincoln home from June 5 through June 12, 2010 and found the home to be very clean, well supplied and roomy. The owners were very attentive to our requests and very easy to work with. The mountains are stunning and areas of interest, such as the Kancamagus Highway, the White Mountains and North Conway, are within short driving distance. June is a beautiful month to visit Lincoln with little tourist congestion. We highly recommend this home.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the layout is perfect, very roomy, modern. I stayed up here with my family for Easter Weekend. The property was incredible and the sound of the river off the balcony was so peaceful. It was a great layout with the bedrooms and 2 Living Rooms. The firepit and jacuzzi area is very very nice. It is so convenient to every amenity in the Lincoln area, you can even walk to Town or ski lift on South Peak. Owners are exceptionally nice and handled the transaction seamlessly. I am already thinking of another trip here. The pictures do not do the place justice, you have to see for yourself, great, great, rental. Thank you Sahal!!

My cousins and I stayed here for a cousins' weekend away and all we can say is "WOW"!! It was absolutely perfect - from the moment we drove up till the moment we drove away. We will definitely be back. The kitchen was appointed with state-of-the-art appliances, the beds were awesome and so comfortable, flatscreen tv's everywhere, bathrooms were great. The place was very clean. I enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning reading my book and listening to the soothing river right below us. It was just perfect. We all enjoyed the Hot Tub and Fire Pit, enjoyed a nice walk around the neighborhood and thru the woods. Great location and great people to deal with. Will definitely be back again. We cannot wait!

Fantastic vacation rental! This home had everything we needed from luxury linens and a gourmet kitchen to toys and games for the children. Its location is perfect - within walking distance of town but far enough away to feel the serenity of the mountains. Outstanding vacation rental! Beautifully decorated with high end linens, gourmet kitchen, and special touches such as kids utensils and toys/games. The location was perfect - far enough off the beaten path to feel the quiet of the mountains but within walking distance of town. Hot tub and fire pit were hits with adults and kids. Listening to the river from the deck was especially soothing. We all wanted to stay another week!!!!

This place is fantastic!! We stayed in early August and ended each night sitting on the deck, listening to the river, and watching the setting sunlight flicker through the trees. It is an ideal setting. It is also a very roomy and comfortable condominium - everything is brand new and top-of-the line. I highly recommend this condo.

This is a wonderful home. New construction, very clean, well maintained. The porch overlooks the river which is lovely background music! The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has a tv! The owner is very easy to deal with and accommodating! The hot tub was nice and hot and the club was nice. I would highly recommend this house.

This home is abosolutely perfect: first-class appointments, top shelf kitchen appliances & cooking utensils and bed liens. Serene and fun - we couldn't wait to return to our temporary "home". Summer was great vacationing: indoor/outdoor pool in the mountains where we could watch beautiful horses grazing; pleasant fire pit (kids enjoyed toasting smorses!)by the river with hot tub & changing cabana just a few feet away. This is a gem.

WOW, great house, great location! The unit is very spacious and allows plenty of room to spread out. The house is super neat, clean and nicely decorated. We loved the shuttle service to the mountain and used it every day. The house provided every amenity we needed for a very enjoyable ski vacation. We look forward to our next visit!
