I enjoy the area- Love the beach and have seen others enjoying the sands of Miramar Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
I love the double wide sidewalks along Scenic Highway. It wanders by open beach and quaint streets. I run the beach as often as I can (total beach run is around 7 miles). I also enjoy being able to walk to several restuarants on the beach and not having to park. A walk to BadAss Coffee is an easy way to start the day.

My husband and I purchased the property because we enjoyed the beaches. We live in Atlanta and need a getaway. My parents quickly rented the condo from us as a winter retreat from the northern snows. I have rented the condo during the season for several years.
