    Thank you so much to the owners of this amazing Penthouse Condo!! Your were so friendly and gracious through the entire process. This unit will exceed your expectations for an awesome experience in Tuscaloosa, whether for a football game or any kind of visit. The pictures do not do the place justice for how beautiful it is inside and the building's security is top notch! The Penthouse enriched our weekend and made our time together with great friends the best reunion we have had yet!! We look forward to seeing you again in January 2015!! Roll Tide!!!

    From the moment we arrived we were blown away. The condo is perfect! We rented it for our Son's graduation. It is made for entertaining and we could just walk to Commencment since it is right around the corner from Coleman Coliseum. Connie was so welcoming and sweet. It's like borrowing a friends house. We will be back!

    The Chimes Condo Penthouse apartment (property number 219336) was an awesome place to stay for our Mancation Penn State vs. University of Alabama game. We arrived to find a place that was much better than advertised. The apartment was very clean and well suited for the 15 Penn State football fans that stayed there. The rooms were so comfortable, and the kitchen worked great for cooking. The outdoor BBQ came in handy for our game day BBQ. The corner unit offers a great view to Bryant/Denny Stadium. The other tenants were so nice to us very welcoming. The game day tailgate party in the lobby was awesome, it was great meeting all the neighbors. The other condo (property 326779) would also be a great rental for the same reason property 219336 is a great vacation stay. The owners enlightened us about our surrroundings and answered any questions we had concerning the property. Our group would highly recommend property 219336 and 326779 to anyone wanting to take a Tuscaloosa vacation, we know you will be as impressed with the apartments as we were. The apartment was priced right and a value. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay and can come up with no negative feedback. We travel to many cities to follow Penn State football, the stay at the Chimes was by far our favorite place that we stayed. We look forward to the day we have an excuse to come back and rent it again.

    Wow !! what a great Graduation experience we had this spring. This condo was beyond words. We felt at home the minute Connie and Jason welcomed us into their home. Very friendly couple. The condo had everything that we needed and is located right in the middle of campus. It was a great finish for my son: National Champions (even though I went to University of Texas), graduation and now he is in Medical School. God is good. Delfino Lorenzo

    Our family would like to thank the property owners for being so helpful and accommodating. Our overall experience in doing business with Mr. & Mrs. S was excellent, they are the true definition of Southern Hospitality.. We would strongly recommend renting this property.

    This condo is absolutely fantastic. Great views along with outstanding accomodations plus you are within walking distance of the stadium and campus. You will not be disappointed!

    We just had an unbelievable weekend centered around the LSU/Alabama game. The highlight of the weekend, other than the thrilling game, was the accomodations. It is absolutely perfect. We had plenty of room for all 11 of us. It is beautiful and impeccably decorated. The deck is awesome, with great views of the stadium and campus. The flatscreen TV is enormous. The bedrooms are spacious. We went to Athens last year and stayed at the Georgia GameDay Center, which had been created just for alumni to come visit on game day weekends. We thought it could not be topped. We were wrong! The Steins were incredibly kind and welcoming. They met us really late to give us the keys, stocked the suite with things we needed, and gave us tips and info to help us Northerners get the lay of the land and take part in events, including a party at the suite. I coudn't recommend them or the Chimes Penthouse Suite anymore!

    This place is spectacular. Not only is the place incredibly ornate, but still gives the feeling of a college football stadium with the great views of the stadium and Alabama campus. The place has all the amenities and is smack in the middle of everything going on. It was the best placed we stayed at for any of my college football trips, including the Mondrian in LA (USC) - or the Phoenician in Arizona. I would recommend it for a guys weekend or even for couples.

    This place is incredible. I am a lifelong BAMA fan and took some buddies who had never seen an Alabama game. We had the best weekend imaginable for a college football game. Everything about the condo is designed for comfort and watching football. The 65" LCD was awesome, the grill on the porch, the atmosphere, sleeping accommodations... you just can't ask for a better place. To top it off the owners are great people who go the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of. Thanks again Jason and Connie... you guys are the best!

    Just returned from a three week stay in this beautiful penthouse. The pictures don't do it justice. We recieved a very warm welcome from the owners. They made us feel like family. Our daughters were attending ABT Summer Ballet Intensive at the University. The location is fantastic. We were just minutes away from everything. We also felt very safe and secure, with the secure entry and parking. I really can't say enough. I can't imagine how much fun it would be to stay there during football season! We would love to be able to come back one day!!!

    We stayed here for the Mississippi State game weekend. The pictures do not do it justice. Very secure. Very nice artwork throughout. Right in the heart of campus. What a view of the stadium!

    We stayed at this condo over the Easter weekend. Wow! It is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. We were made to feel like it was our home away from home by the owners who truly extended the best of southern hospitality. Perfect for a family gathering!! Thank you!
