Come and enjoy the BEST UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE LAKE in our renovated three bedroom two bath “Tropical” condo right on the MAIN CHANNEL at the 21MM! There are no docks, buildings, or other obstructions to block the view; absolutely nothing to obstruct from your complete shore to shore view of the lake. The view from the living room, master bedroom and deck is as if you are over the water; it is truly phenomenal. The interior has been recently decorated and painted; with new furniture throughout, you’ll have the feeling that you are in a model unit, except everything’s nicer! Our unit is in Building 10 which is among the most popular – the best view, at the Ledges. The unit is a “one floor up from parking end unit” lending itself to very easy and convenient access and privacy. The Ledges is one of the most popular complexes in Osage Beach with two pools and a sandy beach.
Inside, you’ll also have the best view; our unit features four flat screen high definition televisions. The living room features a 42” 1080 (p) high definition flat screen with a Yamaha 5.1 surround sound system and a BLU-RAY DVD player along with an assortment of blu-ray disc’s. The new Tropical furniture is arranged ideally for conversation, good times and the latest in HD – surround sound television viewing.
The very large executive Master Bedroom Suite features high-end furniture including a King-sized bed, with a new luxurious mattress, a dresser and mirror, and a chest of drawers so you will have plenty of room to store all of your vacation attire. The master bedroom also has a 32” HD Flat Screen Television mounted on the wall to watch your favorite nighttime shows. There is a walk-in closet and a roomy bathroom with separate shower and tub combination. This bedroom has sliding doors out to the balcony. The view of the main channel is BREATHTAKING!
The second and third bedrooms have Queen-sized beds, with new luxurious mattresses and 22” Flat Screen HD Televisions, so every room has the latest television technology. Both bedrooms have large closets. These bedrooms are near the second bath in the main hall, which features a shower/tub combination.
As an alternative to dining out, you can opt to utilize the fully equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals. Everything in the kitchen is new, from the glasses to the dinnerware! There is a new gas grill on the balcony/deck so you can cook while enjoying the great view. The open kitchen, allows you to overlook the breakfast bar and join in the activities in the dining and living areas. The beautiful view of the lake can also be seen by the chef!
The unit has a full size washer and dryer for your use. We also have two roll-away beds for use for the little ones in your group.
There are two pools on the property, with one right on the point, adjacent to our building! There is also a sandy beach to enjoy. If you have a boat, we have a 10’ by 30’ covered dock that would be available for your use - at no additional cost!
When you come to the lake to relax and have fun, you can do it all from our unit! The Ledges is in the heart of Osage Beach, the hub of most activities at the Lake of the Ozarks. You are just minutes from the 110 store Outlet Mall, which has a movie theater; championship golf courses; go-carts; Big Surf Water Park; miniature golf; discount super centers; grocery stores; and many restaurants. If you want a night on the town with live music several times a week, there are many spots nearby to enjoy.
We have tried to think of everything to make your stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. We are family oriented with a selection of games and DVDs for the youngest to the oldest member of your family. Check in is convenient with our prepared instruction booklet that we will send to you well in advance of your stay. We do not rent to vacationing students or adults under 25 years of age. No smoking and no pets.

We spent a lovely fall weekend in this condo and could not have found a more perfect place. The pictures are very accurate, but they do not do complete justice to how lovely the decor and views really are. Everything was immaculate and the labels/directions on various items were certainly helpful. Even though the condo is in a large complex it was quiet and peaceful the whole time. We loved the fact that we could be anywhere we wanted to be in about 10 minutes-- from shopping to dining to hiking to golfing. Judy was very easy and friendly to work with -especially given the fact that we rented on rather short notice. This condo ranks very high on our VRBO list!

This condo was a TEN!!! Great view of the lake, well decorated and very clean. We had three couples and every one loved the comfortable beds. The place was very well stock as well.(pots, pans, coffee pot). Loved this place and will stay on our next trip to the Ozarks.

This unit provided a Top 10 experience for my family at the Lake. All of the necessities were readily available and the top of the line extras, were amazing. It's location on the lake and it's proximity to all of the non lake venues (shopping and dining), made everything so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and again. It was great to get the information packet in advance, we knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. Thanks for sharing your lake home with my family.

We loved this condo. The decor is updated and outstanding; plus it has all the electronic amenities, i.e., new tv's in all rooms, blue ray dvd, surround sound. The lanai is big with a full size gas grill and the view is wonderful. We have stayed in this condo a couple of times and will definitely try to stay there again when we make future trips to the Lake!

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay. This unit was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. There were six of us that stayed in the condo and we had more than enough room for all of us to relax. We had a great view of the lake from the deck and from the master bedroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful and I recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you very much for making our mini-vacation a memorable one.

This condo is wonderful, comfortable & homey. Very tastefully decorated. It's close to the outlet mall, the dam, other attractions and right on the lake. I'll never stay in a hotel again while in Osage Beach ! ! ! I want to bring my husband here to maybe celebrate our anniversary or his birthday. We (5 ladies) stayed her for a girls shopping weekend. It's everything and more than we had hoped for. We have already begun talking about making our trip a yearly one with staying in this condo a must !! Working with the owner to rent this condo was seamless and pleasurable. Very Very honest people. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed in this property in early March to celebrate his birthday. This is a lovely, lovely place to stay in a great location at The Ledges. We have talked many times of finding time to go back -- relaxing, beautiful, owners great to work with! We will definitely be back!
