Located in downtown Bariloche - our luxury 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with balcony is in a brand new building with elevator and just 1.5 blocks from the Civic Center, the town main square. Although very central, it is located on a quiet street and has excellent lake and mountain views from living/dining room and kitchen.
This unique apartment is generously proportioned with 2 bedrooms and
features a contemporary design completed in classic neutral tones.
It is one of the most luxurious properties available for rent in Bariloche.
The living/dining room both have custom made furniture including a
comfortable L-shape couch for 4 people, 32' LCD TV with suround sound system, a designer chair by Pierre Paulin, coffee table, modern design rug, large dining table with 5 chairs and luxury mood lighting.
The bathroom has a modern design and includes a jacuzzi with 6 jets ,100% combed cotton towels , mood lighting and hair dryer. There is a separate half bathroom for guests.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. All mattresses are very comfortable and include luxury bedding and pillows. Both bedrooms have custom made headboards and nightstands, black-out curtains and alarm clocks.
The kitchen includes a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, washer, tableware and cutlery for 6 and pots and pans.
The balcony has a chulengo (argentine-style BBQ) and hardwood furniture for 4 people . At the far end of the balcony experience breathtaking views from the Nahuel Huapi lake and the mountains.
The apartment has double-paned windows and central floor heating. There is a utilities closet where you can store sports gear or bags.

This apartment is beautifully decorated with minimal yet upscale taste. The view from the living room over the lake is amazing - blue, blue water and snow capped mountains. The apartment is very clean, crisp, comfortable with new, top of the line appliances and furniture. The location is perfect - two blocks from the main square and steps to restaurants. The hosts are wonderful to work with - they gave us tons of advice and made sure we had a perfect time in Bariloche. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to have a great experience in Bariloche.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

In January 2010 we spent 9 days in Bariloche. The reason for our trip was to get our daughter Becky settled at the La Montana language school. When we travel I prefer to stay in apartments, and I did a web search to see if we could find a place to stay. The website for this apartment looked so beautiful, and it is beautiful in "real life" as well. It was the perfect place for us! With it's comfortabley contemporary decor and fantastic view we enjoyed every minute spent inside. It's central location was great, because we could walk to everything; down town, waterfront, bus stops and more chocolate stores than you can imagine. With the Andes mountains in "our back yard" we enjoyed trips to Cerro Tronador, Cerro Cathedral and other destinations the area is known for. Stefan, thank you for making our stay comfortable. We enjoyed you place so much. We give it an A+++++. Bea, Christine, Becky and Karen.

This is, quite simply, a wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. Wide windows with a view of the lake and mountains, and a fantastic balcony for sunbathing and dining - we used the parilla too! Stefan and Leentje's taste in interior design is outstanding. Everything is airy, chic and stylish, and yet very comfortable and relaxing. Last, but certainly not least, Stefan (we didn't get to meet Leentje, this time) is ever so helpful and friendly and he made us feel like we were staying in the a friend's apartment. All in all, I completely recommend this apartment!

Our week in Bariloche was the highlight of our trip to Argentina. The apartment was so fantastic, from its location to its view and its meticulously kept and comfortable amenities. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would rather have their own place in Bariloche rather than just being a tourist at a hotel. Stefan and Leen were great to work with and I hope to visit again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We spent our honeymoon in Argentina and Chile and our week in Bariloche was a truly unique experience, so is this apartment. It’s great to have a coffee in the morning by the kitchen table, planning the day while enjoying a spectacular view; this is for sure one of the best locations in Bariloche. We are keen Argentina fans and will be back in the near future; this apartment will also be our future “base camp” for unique Patagonia adventures. This apartment was the highlight of our trip. It was so tastefully decorated! The beds had luscious linens and the master bathroom was fabulous! We had an unbelievable lake view from the apartment too. It was also very central within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Stefan and Leentje were very hospitable! Would definitely stay here again!
