Sit back & enjoy the peace & quiet in our large lanai area with large in ground pool. Enjoy a day of lounging or strolling along the coast. Shelling is abundant for miles along the beautiful gulf coast.
Sit back & relax & enjoy the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. If you are not up for a day at the beach, lounge by our private heated pool.
Our home is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay enjoyable. We offer digital cable TV & DVD along with surround sound. We offer hi speed internet connection & local phone service. Fully equipped kitchen & baths.
Enjoy sitting in the lanai while sipping your morning coffee watching the morning news on our new flat screen tv. Our home offers TV's in every room. We pride ourselves in making our Marco home, our second home and therefore we strive to make it as comfortable as possible.
The master bedroom features a beautiful & extremely comfortable king size bed. Jetted tub in the bathroom. The second master bedroom also has a King bed with private bath. The third bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV's. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. We would love for you to come & enjoy everything that our HOME & Marco Island have to offer.

It is the second time I rent this condo and I would definitely come back. Everything worked out excellent! Lori was very kind, and Maria the person in charge of receiving us was also very kind. I want to thank them all cause I really enjoyed my holidays at Marco island. I would recommend it without hesitating.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed in this unit for five weeks in Feb/Mar '10, and were extremely pleased with everything about it. It's bright & clean, Lori & Peter have taken obvious care to create a welcoming environment, and we would readily recommend it to anyone looking to spend time on Marco Island. The VRBO description and photos are spot on; the unit is tastefully decorated, it's maintained to a high standard, and it's very nicely stocked for four people's use. The owners (who are in the hospitality business themselves and bring their expertise to this unit) have done their part to make your stay enjoyable. The Grandview Club is ideally located for those who want to hit Marco's gulf beaches, since the south public access is an easy walk down Collier Blvd. But the complex's own pool/spa are just as inviting, and access to on- and off-island restaurants is very easy from this much-less-crowded end of Collier. Neighbors have been coming here for years; it's not a transient location. Everyone is friendly, the complex is very well-maintained, and we've felt welcomed both times we've stayed here. We've looked at all the other Grandview units on Marco rental sites; this is THE BEST unit you could rent at this desirable location. Two thumbs UP!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.
