Welcome to our beautiful home!
It offers over 3500 square feet of comfort and is situated only four blocks from South Beach and two blocks from downtown shopping and the harbor. This historic home was completely remodeled inside and out in 2007 and is professionally decorated throughout.
You will enjoy a different theme in every room while the open floor plan pulls it all together. This amazing home features a mix of hardwood and carpet on the first floor and new carpet throughout the second and third floors.
Living space on the first floor includes a state of the art stainless kitchen with adjoining spacious eating area, raised table and six stools.
There is a formal dining room, parlor/game room, sitting area and family room. The second floor features the master with a queen bed, his and hers closets and a master bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor each offer two twin beds and share another bathroom. The third floor is everyone's favorite as it sleeps all the kids and entertains them at the same time! It's a harbor themed six bed bunk room with living area and TV as well as supplemental A/C.
Other amenities include front and rear staircases, second floor laundry, remote controlled lighting and ceiling fans, and central air.
There is also an outdoor entertainment area with a Weber Genesis gas grill, dining area and sitting space to relax.
