The unit is APPROX. 1500 sq. ft. and is pleasantly decorated. All furnishings have been purchased for comfort. Wake up to the sunny golf course views from the master bedroom (king size bed, private bath). The second bedroom is located to the front of the condo for individual privacy (queen sized bed). (TVs in both bedrooms)
The focal point of the unit is the beautifully wallpapered kitchen with it's informal eating areas. All appliances and utensils supplied. Sit in the den to work at the desk or just unwind from the day's activities. The living room area is designed for comfortable viewing of the TV, reading, or listening to the stereo. The lanai is located at the corner of the unit (facing east for cool afternoons) and has seating for four.
Pools with hot tubs are located throughout the complex, and tennis courts are near the main clubhouse. The recently remodeled clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous and Spring Run's staff is first rate. You will find yourself eating many lunches in the bar area.
Tee times for golf may be scheduled through the "Chelsea" computer system ...You will find the practice facilities to be top notch.
This community is located conveniently half way between Naples and Fort Meyers, just east of 41 and west of 75. The airport is a short 15 minutes and shopping is close by. (Coconut Point has extensive shopping, a movie theater, both high end and casual shopping, and restaurants)
