Residencias Reef is a luxurious beachfront low rise condo development. It combines exclusive, privately owned condos in tropical living with white sand beaches and Turquoise Caribbean waters.
RESIDENCIAS REEF Resort is located on the well known San Francisco beach on the south end of the island. It is one of the best beaches on Cozumel which gets beautiful sunsets and opportunities for mile long walks. World renowned dive sites are only a short boat ride away. The condo is 15 miles south of the Airport, 11 miles south of the Central Plaza, and 3 miles south of CHANKANAAB Park.

~ Lush tropical Resort-style development of 4 – 3 story buildings on 10 acres. Very well maintained grounds and buildings on the complex. ~ The condo complex is secure and guard gated 24 hrs/day. In-unit phone connects directly to the security desk.
~ Two (2) “infinity” Pools with shaded sitting areas, large sun deck, and restrooms. Rinse shower for when coming off the beach and dive gear fresh water rinse tank. ~ Private beach area which has palapas for shade and chairs.
~ Diving, snorkelling, fishing, and jet ski’s available within walking distance of the complex.
~ Short walk to 4 different Beach Clubs for lunch, snacks, and activities.
~ Spa, snack/gift stores, rental cars, dive shop and lessons located next door at the Wyndham resort.
~ Private Pier on the beach for boat pick-up ($3/pp pick-up fee).
Our unit is located in building #2 (2nd away from the beach) and is a ground floor unit with direct views of the main pool and beach. The condo has 1 large bedroom and bathroom with an oversized patio that leads directly on to walkways to pools and beach. Safe in the unit for valuables.
BEDROOM ~ King sized bed with matress that is comfortable and has new bedding.Separate air conditioning unit with ceiling fan. Satellite tv w/ dvd player in armoire. Plenty of storage in room. Direct access to bathroom, iron c/w board, and digital alarm clock.
BATHROOM ~ Large over-sized walk in shower w/ glass doors and good water pressure. His & Her sinks with large mirror. Large supply of linens and beach towels for your use.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
~ Granite counter tops and mahogany cupboards with plenty of storage space. Fully equipped w/ all appliances, dish washer included. Counter top appliances also like blender, electric grill, drink/coffee makers. Purified water dispenser c/w water at no charge. Large supply of dishes and glasses, including wine glasses and pool acceptable drink holders. Glass dining table that seats 4 comfortably. 3 - bar stools at counter for casual sitting/eating.
LIVING AREA ~ 40” lcd tv w/ dvd player and selection of dvd movies. TV is USA Dish Network. New micro fibre sectional sitting area. Good selection of reading materials including books and magazines. Complimentary phone calls to the US/Canada and In-unit wireless internet. Micro fibre chair that folds out to single sleeping area.
PATIO
~ Large oversized covered patio with cushioned sitting area, very relaxing. Direct views of main pool and beach. Jetted tub w/ extra built in hot water tank for more hot water. 2 wooden relax chairs. Several hooks for hanging dive gear to dry. Steps off patio leading to access pools, beach, and walk ways.
FOOD/MEALS
~ Daily all-inclusive packages available at the Wyndham/Aurora Resorts. In-unit private chef can be arranged upon request. Several beach clubs within walking distance. New and very clean grocery store 8 miles away, called Mega. Very similar to Wal mart. Several terrific restaurants in town also.
TRANSPORTATION ~ All major rental car companies located at the airport (recommend). Taxi-cabs readily available everywhere and upon request from security at the complex. Scooters, bugs, exotics available on the island.

We chose to purchase our condo in Cozumel as we both fell in love with the island. The Residencias Reef is one of the top resorts located on the best beaches which have great scuba/snorkling access to world class diving. The resort is clean and very well maintained by it's outgoing staff. How can you beat sitting at the beach or beachside pool watching a beautiful sunset?

We are Cindy & Kevin Koster and live in Alberta,Canada. We like to escape the cold winters to the warm,friendly confides of Cozumel. Both of us enjoy being around the ocean or taking in a dinner at our favorite restaurant " Sorrisi ". Another of our favorite things to do is drive around the island and take in the beautiful views. As well as stopping in at " Cocconuts " for a margarita.

The condo was very nice, with a decent view of the ocean, though higher floor give a better view. Alex with management service was quite helpful and available when needed. Very slow period of time in Cozumel, so we were often had either pool all to ourselves. Easy access to the pier next door for scuba, though did have some issues with the recommended dive company. When staying in for the evening once the sun went down at 5:30 there is no other activities nearby that stay open, so if coming this time of the year, plan on watching TV, reading or playing games. We enjoyed some good competitive card games!

My third trip to Cozumel and my first not staying in an all-inclusive. The pier is very convenient to be picked up for diving. We explored the island from the tourist traps of Coconuts and Bob Marley's to many wonderful restaurants, most off the beaten path (Try Mr. Taco about a block from the Sea Shell across form the fire station) and Alberto's at KM 18 for a great sunset dinner. Casa Cindy is everything anyone could want. It is one of the best properties my wife and I have ever rented. Your every wish was granted in the property amenities (The bed was a touch hard as most are in the Carribean). We hope to return to Cozumel many times in the future and will always hope to stay at Casa Cindy.

We just returned from Casa Cindy for 10 days.What an amazing location,unit and service!We have been traveling to Cozumel for the last 20 years twice a year and would never consider staying anywhere else.The condo is the nicest available on VRBO.We looked at the others.The location is fabulous.close to diving and easy to get to town.There are always problems in foreign countries and the management team and owners react immediately to any needs you might have.We look forward to traveling here again and recommend it highly!In fact we are already making arrangements for January.
