Why the Owner Chose Other Palm Springs, Central Properties
I chose my condo's location for its quiet yet central location to many sights.In the evening, it is so quiet you can hear the coyotes howling in the distance, the sun setting and the moon and stars rising. Cloudless blue skies and clean air is the rule for most of the year.
Explore Native lands/Natural Oasis on horseback. 5 minutes away. Feed carrots to horses.
Left on Farrell, left on Baristo, parking on right near Movie theatre.

I plan to retire here in Palm Springs. I love everything about this sunny and quiet community with so many great things to do. I bike, scuba, walk, and love to take my dogs to the great nearby dog park everyday. I am the Executive Director of the Malibu Community Labor Exchange, a nonprofit community project to help poor workers and local homeless but am trying to find a replacement.

My family and I had a lovely vacation at this condo. The owner was very nice to work with and went the extra-mile to provide a few additional items for my children so that I didn't need to pack them. It was very much appreciated. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. It is the perfect distance to the pool (not too close but close enough to see it) and there is a very nice green space off the patio for the children to play in the grass. The condo is also walking distance to grocery stores, golfing, and other shopping. I would highly recommend this condo.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

A group of friends gathered here for the PS Film Festival... and it was perfect for six of us! The views are spectacular, each morning waking to see the sun on the San Jacinto mountains. Outside, the grounds are meticulous (including fresh lemons and oranges right off the trees) and, inside, this condo is very comfortable, spacious and welcoming. We used the pool and jacuzzi, which was nearby - great temperatures. We are hikers, so downtown was a short walk for us (2 miles, I think). And a number of good restaurants, Camelot theatres and shops are nearby. The owner was extremely helpful, flexible and responsive. We would stay here again without hesitation!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
