Why the Owner Chose Other Palm Springs, Central Properties
I chose my condo's location for its quiet yet central location to many sights. For me it is very important to be close to the dogpark. In the evening, it is so quiet you can hear the coyotes howling in the distance, the sun setting and the moon and stars rising. Cloudless blue skies and clean air is the rule for most of the year.

I plan to retire here in Palm Springs. I love everything about this sunny and quiet community with so many great things to do. I bike, scuba, walk, and love to take my dogs to the great nearby dog park everyday. I am the Executive Director of the Malibu Community Labor Exchange, a nonprofit community project to help poor workers and local homeless.
