Why the Owner Chose Cruz Bay
We stayed at the Villa on our very first trip to St. John and through the years we went from villa to condo, all over the island in search of the best villa rental location on St. John. We ended up coming full circle, back to "Aqua Bay", the best of both worlds, offering our guests both privacy in a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to the charming village of Cruz Bay.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
In addition to the location, the views are wonderful! One really feels you are living on the island; upon waking up and bringing your coffee or herbal tea out to the veranda to watch the island "wake-up" and the boats go by, all through out the day; whether you head to the gorgeous beaches nearby or relax at "home" by the pool. In the evening, it is fun to walk to town and enjoy the many scrumptious restaurants or just prepare a wonderful dinner in your own kitchen and end the day watching the sun set and the stars appearing above.
