We call this recently renovated luxury apartment Hale Kai, which is Hawaiian for "Sea House." It is fully furnished and has spectacular views of Rock Creek, which joins the Patapsco River and the Chesapeake Bay.
Relax out on your own large deck and watch the boating activity and wildlife in a very quiet and peaceful setting. Come by land or by sea -- we have boat slips available at our dock.
Enjoy spectacular sunrise views and go swimming off the end of our dock. You can also bring your kayak or canoe and explore the many unique coves and enjoy the unforgettable sights of Rock Creek. We have one canoe for our guests to use.
This is a second floor apartment that has its own entrance. The location is ideal - close to historic Annapolis and Baltimore, BWI and about an hour to Washington, DC (if you avoid rush hours). It is ideal for a family getaway, an anniversary, a sight seeing base of operations, or business related activities.
The apartment is not a B&B, it is a "B" (we may add the other B later).
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a grill on your deck.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance and many more restaurants and supermarkets close by. Some restaurants offer home delivery (menus provided).

My family of 5 ( three boys 10, 12, 14) booked this VRBO for a two week vacation to visit Washington DC and to attend my nephews Annapolis Graduation. When I first contacted the owners they were prompt to reply and very helpful with answering question. We arrived in May and the house was beautiful and the pictures were just as the house was! Our time in D.C./ Annapolis was amazing and it was great to come "home" at night to a peaceful relaxing enviroment. The boys went canoeing, fished off the dock and swam every chance they got. It was nice to have a wash machine and dryer, so I didn't have to come home to a ton of dirty clothes. The kitchen was very well equiped, and the linens were plentiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking our morning coffee and eating our meals. Scott and Sally were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our time visiting with them. I was sad to leave, but our memories will be with us forever.. Thank you Scott and Sally for opening your home to us and for the replenshing M&M's

Scott and Sally were wonderful hosts. The upstairs apartment was a wonderful space with plenty of room to relax. We were exploring the many areas around DC so we didn't get to relax that much, but when we did it was perfect. The apartment was very clean and maintained. Our weather wasn't the best to take advantage of the canoe, but we would have loved the opportunity to be on the water and explore the many inlets off of the Chesapeke Bay. The private upstairs deck was a great space with BBQ grill, tables, chairs and even an awning to block the sun. The lower deck was a very nice space also, we played a game of Pictionary outside the one evening that it was absolutely beautiful. Exploring the area was relatively easy. DC was an hour in, but usually an hour and a half back (rush hour is from 2:30 - 7:00pm) via Washington/Baltimore Parkway. Baltimore was a really easy drive. Annapolis is really nice with it's many little shops and eateries along with all of the great historic buildings. Shopping Malls including the Bass Pro Shop and a 24 plex movie theater are within 30 minutes of the apartment. We found some of our favorites, like Golden Corral and CiCi's Pizza Buffet. Other eateries and shopping were just a few minutes away. We even found a couple of antique stores just a couple miles down the road. Thank you again Scott and Sally for your great apartment.
