This is a beautiful two story home that sits right next to the mountain side. It is spacious, decorator furnished with hardwood floors throughout, except for bedrooms. It is close to one of the 9 community pools with complete jacuzzi facilities. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The bedrooms have flat screen TVs with a large Flat screen in the living room.
The Clubhouse is just a block or so down the street. The Clubhouse has a large kids pool with a sloping entry, turtles spouting water and water spouts that shoot straight up from the concrete decking making a waterfall effect for the kids.
The large adult pool is next to the kids pool so that Mommie can watch her children in the pool next to her. There are many neat Cabanas around each pool in case you want to get out of the sun.
The lap pool is long and wide and designed for the true swimmer. There is a complete Fitness Center in the Clubhouse that even has its own TV hooked up to each piece of equipment.
The Board of Directors is attempting to bring in a vendor to operate the food center at the clubhouse. They serve food, beer and wine when opened. A true fun place to play!!!

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
When I purchased this home against the mountain, I paid over $900,000. We are almost alone at the base of the cove. I felt this would be a great investment. Now with the economy the way that it is, you can now buy one of these homes in the $ 400,000 price range. How's that for an investment. Oh, well, I just have to hold it for another 4 years or so to make any money but we love it so what's the difference. Our rental prices are set low at this time to rent it more often. You win and I lose! Somebody has to win!

From our large back patio, you will have an uninterrupted view of the mountains, so close that you can almost touch them. From time to time, you may see coyotes, mountain sheep, and who knows what else will come by and say hello. It's a quiet, secluded area with lotza privacy.
