This unit has been well maintained and offers all the comforts of home. Located on the third floor. The unit has been completely updated, new kitchen and appliances. Both bathrooms also have been completely updated as well. The colors in the unit are peach and sea foam green. Very soothing to the eye. The unit has new soft beige tile floors in all the rooms and the balcony also has a tile floor. The balcony is very long. There are two lounge chairs a table and four chairs. There are phones in the kitchen and both bedrooms. Also, there are three televisions, one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The draperies are well coordinated with the decor of the unit. Towels are plentiful as well as beach towels. The kitchen cabinets are well stocked with matching dinnerware as well as having many small kitchen appliances.
