6BR/4BA Twin Palms Villa is directly oceanfront in the district of Northside and enjoys a protective coral reef with excellent snorkeling. This very large home offers a huge kitchen and multiple dining areas, full-width screen porch and extra TV areas and studies for larger families.
While Twin Palms does not have a pool, it enjoys a nice sandy beach and a convenient northside location within a short drive of the Rum Point Club.
Accommodates 12 people (12 adults max.); Twin Palms owner also offers slightly lower rate for 1-8 guests.
All rates INCLUDE Government Occupancy tax.
Confirmation will be corrected to reflect appropriate rate for number of guests.
(2) Oceanfront King suites, (2) Twin bedrooms and (2) Queen bedrooms share a bath each (4 total bathrooms). Charcoal BBQ, Central A/C, Lounge chaises, WiFi Internet access included. Off Street parking.

Twin Palms is a lovely, spacious home--conducive to gracious living. It is splendidly isolated from "tacky" development. It is equipped with first-rate appintments (furniture, appliances, etc.), and loaded with thoughtful amenities. It is clean and the local manager is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Rewarding and easy snorkeling can be done right off its own private beach. It is handy to Rum Point. It is a beautiful vacation venue, perfect for large groups. It affords good value for the money.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

We enjoyed our stay here, the home was clean and in nice condition when we arrived and left. There was only 2 things we noticed, that weren't real big issues for us. The pin on the patio door kept popping out, and the washing was extremely noisy. Other than that, a great view of the ocean, and peaceful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
