Our wonderful home is direct beachfront, no obstructions to your view. The beach is quiet and uncrowded, porpoise sightings are common in the mornings and late afternoon. This home features a reverse floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the first floor all oceanfront. The master bedroom has a private bath with jetted Jacuzzi tub and TV. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed and tv. There is a large covered oceanfront deck that joins the first floor bedrooms and access to the private beach crosswalk. There is also another full bath on the first floor. New Granite vanities and ceramic tile floors in bathrooms.
The second upper floor has lots of windows with great views. There is a large kitchen with new ceramic tile floor , 3 bar stools and a dining table seating for 8 people. The living area is all open with another full bath with shower and another bedroom with a private deck. There is another bedroom with a queen bed and private deck. Off of the living room/dining room is a large oceanfront deck with steps going down to the private beach crosswalk. Wireless internet, cable TV and lots of restaurants close-by.
Our location is great, we are close enough to Surf City to dine and shop but you can go the to grocery store in Sneads Ferry and avoid the swing bridge which opens every hour and is jammed with traffic.

Yes, folks, the pictures do it justice. We walked in and opened the drapes and our jaws dropped. What a great location. Beautiful blue/green water, white sand, blue skies. All we could ask for. My pictures are just like the ones on the website. We were thrilled. Very little traffic on the beach. Usually had it to ourselves. We had a great time. If we head back to the beach, we will look for this rental again.

My family has been going to the outer banks for years. We decided to go a little further south where the water was warmer. We couldn't have been more pleased with the beautiful uncrowded beaches and fantastic water. Our beach house was just as it was described and any questions we had were always answered by the owner. I would recommend Top Sail Island and this beach house to anyone.

My family of 5 enjoyed a quiet, sun-filled week. We originally had planned to vacation with more members of our family but their jobs prevented them from joining us. The remaining five of us stretched out in the four bedrooms which easily could have accommodated more. The photos accurately depicted the condition of the property. We ordered linens from the local rental company that delivered and picked them up. We used the property's washer and dryer to keep the kitchen towels fresh and the beach towels dry. Both were in good working order. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes and we bought local seafood and made most of our meals at the house. The TVs were in good working order and apparently were easily hooked up to video games systems. We spent everyday on the beach soaking up the sun, playing in the ocean, shelling or making sandcastles. At low tide the beach area is quite wide. At high tide there is still plenty of beach remaining. The sand dune in front of the house is quite established which will benefit the property in the event of a hurricane. However, it made for a slight over hill trek to get back and forth from house to beach. The owner was easily reachable whenever we tried to contact her. She was helpful and prompt in replying. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing time at a well maintained direct oceanfront beach house. Our famliy liked visiting the sea turtle hospital and the putt putt golf course on the south end of the island. The owner of the putt putt golf course spent quite a long time talking with our family, recommending local attractions and dancing to some great oldies music. We had stopped the first time for hawaiian ices and went back to visit him a second time to play a round of putt putt. We left smiling both times.

There is nothing like hearing the ocean right outside your bedroom at night and waking up to an awesome view every morning! We spent spring break here with our four sons and our friends and their son. The house was big enough to accomodate all of us and we had a great time watching the kids play on the beach and chase the waves. It was well worth the drive down! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

This property was perfect for our two family vacation! The house was beautiful, clean, and well equipped and the oceanfront location and view were stunning! The house provided all the amenities we could have possibly needed and the design provided the privacy and space our large group needed (11) I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation on the beautiful and relaxing beaches of topsail island! We hope to return VERY soon!

This house is even better than described and pictured! You have a view of the ocean from every room upstairs with the exception of the upstairs bedroom which has a great view of the intercoastal, and a side deck to see the sea. There were 10 in our party, 5 adults and 5 kids from age 2-14, and we were all quite comfortable. All three bedrooms on the bottom floor have ocean view, and easy access to the beach. This home is not "fancy", or loaded with amenities like pool tables, hot tubs, large screen TVs, etc, but if you want to enjoy a vacation ON the beach, this is where you would want to be. Great value, easy access to beach, and the rental process was efficient and easy. We would not hesitate to rent this home again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

My family have stayed in this house 2 years in a row. This is the only place we will every stay. The rates are reasonable and the house is georgous. The beach is great.
