Beautiful, new, Gulfview, three-story home in Majestica, a private, gated beachside community (south of 30-A) in the center of Seagrove Beach. We are just l.8 miles east of Seaside. "Fish Tales" is an upscale beach home with the best of both worlds - sophisticated décor, yet perfect for infants, toddlers, and small children. Comes fully equipped with Pack 'n play with linens, baby bathtub, high chair, booster seat, stroller, and even tons of toys! There is even a portable gate to use wherever. You do not have to pack the whole house to come to the beach! Or, if you are without small children, everything for kids is concealed in one closet so that you are not bothered by any clutter.
And we didn't forget about the "big" kids! Two free adult bikes are available for your use (you can easily rent more, they will bring them right to your door!). We also have free high speed wireless internet and a playstation 2! And to make it even easier on you, we provide set up of 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas down on the beach daily. All you have to bring is the sunscreen! The chairs and umbrellas are already down there, reserved with your name on it!
There is a great community pool just 25 steps from your front door. The private beach walkover is just 100 feet.
This beautifully decorated home was completed in June 2003. It has two master suites on the third floor with private balconies and wonderful views of the emerald green waters. These master suites have king-size beds and large baths with dual shower heads. One of the master bedrooms also has a trundle bed, great for those with small children that will share the room. Also on the third floor is a bonus room with a sofa bed that sleeps two and has great views of the Gulf. A great area for the kids to get away and play, watch tv, or play playstation. All rooms have TV and VCR.
On the second-level is a fully-stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with a sleeper sofa (TV, VCR, DVD and stereo system with a three-disk CD holder and tape player), half bath, and a alcove with a game table/extra dining for the kids. There is also a bunk-room with 2 bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom with twins on the top that sleeps six with private bath and its own TV. On the first floor is the entry foyer, laundry room, as well as a bedroom with queen-size bed, full private bath, and TV.
Majestica Beach is a private, gated, beachside community that is south of 30A. It is a small community that is very family oriented and safe for kids of all ages. Fish Tales is only 3 homes back from the beach and there are no roads to cross. And we are just 2 homes from the community pool.
