Your Dream Vacation Home! Beautiful View of Lake & Waterfall! Second floor unit in lovely Cascades on Lake with full view of Fountain and Waterfall from Lanai, Living Room and Master Bedroom. Open and airy, with vaulted ceilings. Freshly painted, comfortably furnished and decorated with a tropical theme.
Master and Guest bedrooms both have King-sized beds with very comfortable almost new top-of-the-line Sealy Posturpedic cushion-top mattresses, and luxury down pillows. Kitchen is fully equipped for the Chef who likes to cook at home, and has separate sitting area which overlooks the front gardens. Circular glass table in Dining room comfortably seats four.
Clean linens, towels and 4 Surfer/ Beach towels provided. Living room has entertainment center with Large screen TV, DVD/VCR player, stereo and a selection of CDs and DVDs. Also includes books, puzzles and board games - Pictionary, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Puzzles and many others. Living Room has very cozy leather couch and loveseat - Couch could sleep an extra guest.
Three Beach Chairs, Tommy Bahama Beach Umbrella & cooler in foyer closet, for your trips to the Naples Pier and Beach. Bocce Ball set also provided in case you want to play a round at the Falling Waters Clubhouse. There is a Pack-N-Play in case little ones will be visiting. Also Beach toys for building sand castles.
Spacious Lanai overlooking Lake and Waterfall is nicely furnished. It has an outdoor kitchen and grill, and table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Clubhouse within walking distance, offers one of the largest pools in the Southwest Florida area. Also has Bocce Ball, Basketball & Tennis Courts. Wireless Internet is available in the Clubhouse, and also surrounding patio areas.

Why the Owner Chose Falling Waters
We first visited the Naples, Florida area in June 2000, and fell in love with the community. In 2004, when we finally decided to purchase a vacation home, we knew it would be in Falling Waters Davis in Naples.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Falling Waters Davis is close to the Naples Beach, and to shopping on 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. There are a number of very good restaurants within a 10 minute drive from our condo - such as Tommy Bahama's, Sea Salt,b Truluck's and Stoney's.

We raised our son & daughter in Louisville, KY. However, my husband's family is from Chicago, IL. One year we went to visit his family in Falling Waters, Davis in Naples, and we fell in love with the area. There is a very large Chicago contingency who own condos in Falling Waters - with over a dozen friends and family my husband grew up with. We have great times together during the holidays.

Super large condo extremely clean. The view from the lanai is awesome with the fountain lit until ater in the evening. Biggest and best pool I have ever enjoyed. Close to all amenities.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The property was fantastic for our tempoary stay while our home in Naples was being completed. We had everything we needed, however, the addition of wifi will make the property more attractive.
Owner response:Free wifi is now available for all guests at the Falling Waters Pool and Clubhouse. If you are working during your stay, like Fred, then we can have Comcast turn on direct internet at the condo as well.
Recommended for:Families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Falling Waters is a gated condo community approximately 20 minutes from the beach. Falling Waters is an attractive, well maintained community with beautiful landscaping. This condo is lovely. It is attractively and comfortably furnished. Its best feature is the lanaii which overlooks a pond with a pretty waterfall. The owners are very helpful and cooperative. They were prompt to answer questions and needs. We enjoyed the Naples area with its many restaurants, beach, and shopping. Next year we look forward to visiting this place.

We had a great month at the falling Waters condo. I far and above met our expectations. The description was right on. The pictures show it all. The owners were GREAT to work with. We will be going back to Falling Waters next year. Thanks Carol, for a good month in Naples FL.
