I'm at Grand Panama Beach Resort and all I can say is WOW. It’s like if you had all the money in the world and you wanted to build a resort on a perfect beach. This is what you’d build. It’s located right in the heart of Panama City Beach, it’s near EVERYTHING and it’s got all the cool stuff you’d expect in a LUXURY resort:
• 2 pools (adult leisure pool and activity pool)
• 2 spas w/on site spa services
• 1 fitness center with state of the art equipment
• 2 full service Tiki bars w/food service
• Picnic areas with outdoor grills
• Jogging/bicycle path
• Gated community, 2 guard houses
• Convenient onsite parking
• Beautiful white sugar sand beaches
• Lush tropical landscaping
• Scheduled shuttles
• Multiple upscale retail shops include boutiques, eateries, coffee shops, etc.
• Gulf front and beach access
• Beach service
How’s that for a list amenities?!? And if that weren't enough it’s got a whole VILLAGE attached with all kinds of other stuff: There’s around 55,000 square feet of shopping and fun. In other words, when you're beached out you can mosey over to gifts shops, boutiques, book stores, coffee shops and finally indulging yourself with a great meal from within one of our restaurants. Here's just a few of the things you'll find:

Now there's a few things to get your attention. And I haven't even gotten to talk about your condo yet.
Here's the scoop on the condo:
Man is this place big! It isn't just big, it's bea-u-ti-ful. It’s got really interesting décor. If you didn't look out the windows (which is hard to do because there’s' lots of great views of the beach) you’d think you were in an uptown condo. It’s really cool. And, it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. And there’s a nice love seat right next to it. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at it has a big flat screen TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough. You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really big and comfortable. And the views, the views.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a huge king size bed with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Kind of tropical. And the bed is really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. And a DVD player.
The BUNK AREA is a kid friendly suite that’s got two sets of bunks. Enough for four kids, and there’s a sitting room right off the bunk area where you can sit with the kids after a day of fun in the sun.
The KITCHEN is open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you're cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There's a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area is located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Grand Panama Beach Resort. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo for a beach vacation anytime.
