Why the Owner Chose Bozeman
We have lived in the property ourselves and love the area and all it has to offer all seasons of the year. Having recently purchased horses, we have relocated to the south side of the valley, as horses are not allowed in Ross Peak. This home has been remodeled and is a lovely place to come home to, even if just for a week or so. Come be our guests and enjoy the property and all it has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Custom Home
The natural beauty of the Ross Peak community is so incredibly amazing and soothing to the soul. There are no visible neighbors so privacy is wonderful and quiet. The wild animals and large raptors visit the home frequently. It's like living in a national geographic movie. There is skiing, hiking, fishing, camping, and many other activities with-in 3 miles.
The home is about 16 miles from Bozeman on a beautiful flat mountain raod that is snow plowed all day so visitors can go to the Bridger Bowl Ski Resort and Bohart Crosscountry Ski Resort.
Big Sky Resort is about 70 miles from the property. Moonlight is next door to Bis Sky and offers many miles of sipreme skiing.
Just about 80 miles from the property is the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Go see Old Faithfull and tour the park with all the Geysers, Bison, Bald Eagles, wildlife.
You can also go through Livingston and then head south to the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park through Gardener. This takes you through Paradise Valley with a natural hot springs.
One of Montanas most popular resorts is only 1.5 miles from the property. Ski all morning, go home for lunch and a nap, and go back and ski for the rest of the day. A hot tub in the Master Bedroom off
