We are pleased to showcase our Naples Home. Our Home is only about 6 years old. It has 3 bedrooms, a den for extra guests, 2 full bathrooms, 17 foot ceilings in the great room, 10 foot ceilings in all other rooms, 8 foot doors throughout, granite counter tops, extended height upper cabinets.
A fully screened in Lanai attaches to the heated pool all fully enclosed by a pool cage. Backyard plantings create a private tropical setting for the pool area.
The house is located only 3 houses in from Vanderbilt Drive with salt water canals at the end of the street. Vanderbilt beach, with its spectacular sunsets, is about 1/2 of a mile from the home, an easy walk or bike ride. If you prefer to drive there is a parking garage at the beach.
World class shopping and restaurants are located at The Mercato, Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, Waterside Shops, and the Venetian Bay shops. All are within a 10 or 15 minute drive from our home. Entertainment is close by in the form movie theaters and "The Phil" which houses the Naples Philharmonic, a world class art museum and numerous Broadway plays, concerts, and other shows.
Given our gorgeous year round weather Naples is heavily focused on outdoor activities. Visitors can go Sailing, kite boarding, beachcombing, play tennis, or partake in our biggest attraction Golf.
Naples has more golf courses/ person than anywhere else in the world. Many courses have been designed to meet the exacting specifications of famous professional golfers. In addition many PGA tournaments are held here throughout the year
