Why the Owner Chose Park Place
Breckendridge is a great town, great mountain, friendly people, close to other ski resorts and in Summit County. The condo is in a perfect location (middle of town), close to everything. We can just walk across to town to dine, shop and we don't have to drive. We like that we can ski down to the condo from 4 O'clock Run. The bus ride is free and it'll take you any where in the summit county! We just love Summit County year round. It's got small town vibe like Breck with a resort feel and a little city nearby - Silverthorne. Town & Country! And summer on Lake Dillon makes us feel we got the ocean nearby!

We are a couple from Hawaii, active, laid back, who love the outdoors, mountains and the ocean. The beaches are our playground. We love surfing, but we also love snowboarding. So going to Colorado to snowboard is a treat. The powder in the Rocky mountains is amazing!!! Riding in powder is almost like surfing a wave. So if you are active, laid back, and enjoy the outdoors like we do, you'll love Breckenridge.

We just returned from our extended trip to Breckenridge. THANK YOU for having such an amazing/wonderful condo. Because of weather, we arrived late Sunday night and City Market was closed. I woke up the following morning and was delighted to find COFFEE already in the pantry, what a life saver. Throughout the week, we were constantly amazed at how well equipped your condo was. From the egg poacher, to the crock pot, it felt like home. We started each day with a short walk up the hill to the Snowflake lift, and ended many days with a short walk down to town for dessert. I don't want to rave to much more because I want to make sure it is available next year for another extended trip. Thanks again and let me know if you ever decide to sell!

Well, we are back to reality from our trip West and I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo!!! We have used VRBO many times and this was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. You have thought of absolutely everything needed for a vacation! I couldn't get over how many appliances and cookware and utensils there were....more than I have in my own home! It is such a cozy and comfortable place with thoughtful little touches and plenty of space for everyone! The master bed is SO comfortable and the bedding was perfect! And of course the location can't be beat....it was so nice to be able to ski down 4 O'clock with a quick walk back and then a short walk to Main St. at night. We didn't have to use our car the entire time. We had great weather and lucked out with a big snowfall on Sunday while we were skiing....suffice it to say we did NOT want to leave! We will definitely rent from you again when we head back to Breck!!

We truly had a great time. This was our third trip to Breckenridge and everyone agreed, this condo was the most comfortable. You have a great place!! We'll keep you in mind next time we go back to Breck.

I just wanted to say thanks for opening up your condo to us and making it all so easy!! You're condo is beautiful. I love the decor inside and the location was perfect! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Everything worked out great. Breck also got 20 inches of snow while we were there so we had a great time skiing! Thanks again for everything we had a wonderful time.
