Newly remodeled condo with contemporary style and new updated furniture. Designed with a touch of Mountain Elegance. Comfortable chic condo is in a great location and on the first level. No stairs in this high elevation. Leave your car at the condo and walk across the street to town for some great dining and shopping. Also nearby is the Free Ride bus stop that'll take you anywhere in Breck. Going skiing? Just walk up to Snowflake lift then ski back down "Four 0' clock run to town" to the condo or catch the free shuttle. Then relax in the hot tub located right below the condo. Condo is very spacious and can accommodate 8 adults comfortablly.
Summer time is fun in Breckenridge. Peak 8 Fun activities will open back up this summer too for the kids. Lots of fun things to do in the nearby Rivers and Dillon Lake. Enjoy music playing at the River Walk Center located right across the condo. Check out county events like art fairs, peoples market, wine tasting, jazz-music festivals, 4th of July, bike race, BBQ cook off....Check out events calendar for the Summit County area. Breckenridge also opens up the mountain trails for some mountain biking, hiking and horseback riding. As well as all mountains in the Summit County Area. Or bike on the hundreds of paved trails around the summit area.

Why the Owner Chose Park Place
This is our 2nd purchase in Breckenridge. We recently sold our other condo last year and bought this condo in Jan. 09. We love Breckenridge and all it has to offer. Summer is beautiful with so many outdoor things to do, especially if you enjoy nature. We also love winter and snowboarding, which is the number one reason we bought this condo. Breckendridge is a great town, great mountain, close to other ski resorts and in Summit County. The condo is in a perfect location for us because now we can just walk across to town to dine, shop and we don't have to drive. We can also ski down to the condo from 4 O'clock Run. There are 3 bus stops nearby to take us anywhere and it's free. It's also so much bigger than our first condo and we don't have to climb a lot of stairs in this high altitude! Breckenridge Town is so down to earth, friendly and family oriented. We feel comfortable in Breckenridge, especially coming from Hawaii.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We just love coming to Breckenridge in the Summer and Winter. Sitting out chilaxing on the deck which is a nice size, with friends and just enjoying the view of town. Or sitting by the cozy fireplace with friends or down at the two hot tubs after boarding all day. There is also a pool we can access. But there is so much to do in Breck, we are always out and about and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

We are a couple from Hawaii, active, laid back, who love the outdoors, mountains and the ocean. The beaches are our playground. We love surfing and we can do it all year long. But we also love snowboarding. So going to Colorado to snowboard is a treat. The powder in the Rocky mountains is amazing!!!Snowboarding in powder is almost like surfing a wave. So if you are active, laid back, and enjoy the outdoors like we do, you'll love Breckenridge.
