My family and I just returned from a week at the property and it was great! The fenced in yard and outside shower was awesome for little kids. The crab pots got a lot of use; nothing like fresh crabs every day! We were also able to bring and dock our sport fishing boat and got to see dolphins swim up by our boat in the bay. I hadn't been to OC MD since I was a high schooler/college student, but it was great to go back with a young family of my own!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This a great place to stay for a family vacation at the beach. In a quiet neighborhood with water access, amenities, and great location for groceries and restaurants all add up to fun and relaxation. The fenced yard without a large staircase is a great addition if you have small children.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Wonderful house right on the bay. We had so much fun staying there. The house is loaded with all the amenities we needed. The beach is a quick walk away, but being right on the bay is great especially if you have jet skiis or a boat. The slip is right there! The children loved fishing off the dock and the fenced back yard really gave us piece of mind with the little ones. Our husbands were so happy with the pool table! The house has a really nice open floor plan and the dining table fit us all comfortably. The outdoor shower is a great bonus when it came to those dirty little munchkins. The pool passes were definitely used over and over again. We loved staying there and we will surely stay there again!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Great house and location- especially when you have little ones! It's far enough away from the beach and highway that you don't have all the foot and car traffic, but close enough to walk to quite a few things. Really nice that they include a pool pass for the condo place up the street too! Ample parking and room. Place was very clean. Kids loved to crab off of the back deck. Nice yard and big open floor plan for toddlers to run around! Back patio is nice, wooden furniture is a bit aged, but would be really nice if sanded, reinforced and painted. All utensils were in the house and it was overall an extremly nice experience! Would, and probably will, rent this property again!!!
