Condo was clean, great fireplace and dog friendly. The "kid's hideaway" above the 2nd floor was really cool as our 4 year old grandson enjoyed playing there. Price was somewhat high compared to other properties and the condo management could have salted or sanded the many ice spots on walkways between the condos and parking lots. Great athletic center with super nice pool and indoor tennis courts. Overall, a nice place but advertised gas grill was broken and not replaced before stay.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children.

Wonderful opportunity to stay in a luxurious and comfortable condo. A great place to hang out if you have the time. Access to a local club would have been a great option. Very professional booking experience with great reliability and communication. I would definitely recommend this condo for a getaway in Edwards and would love to there stay again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I kinda hate to share the fabulous experience for fear the word will get around~ha;) lovely condo in a tranquil & landscaped complex. God bless Tressa for accepting well-mannered furry kids cuz Edwards is EXCELLENT for dogs looking to enjoy the cool air, mountains and fabulous Dog Park there!!! My golden Retreiver & I played each day and snoozed peacefully each night. Exquisite restaurants, farmers market, salons, shopping & bakeries in the area. The condo is incredibly comfy & with the best sectional couch for naps & lounging. It is decorated beautifully and great for cooking breakfast or dinner when u wanna stay in & relax with the big screen TV or a book. The cute deck is perfect for listening to the gurgling stream & chilling with a glass of wine at happy hour or making friends with the neighbors & their pets! Only 14 miles to Vail Village & galleries, shops & fine dining, however the Riverwalk Village in Edwards has EVERYTHING & MORE so I never got to Vail (been many times b4). Fav eateries include The GasHouse 4 happy hour specials, Zino Italian & Balata @ the Sonnenalp Golf Club in Singletree. I try & make the road trip to Colorado from Texas (Austin area) every 6 months and this condo is the Full Meal Deal!!! With 3 bedrooms it's entirely too big for just me & my golden but the owner was so gracious to offer a special rate for 7 days of heaven in Edwards...a delight to work with also. This is a superior set-up for with NO HIDDEN FEES.....hotels inevitably charge u a daily resort fee , daily pet fee & daily valet parking & taxes. Beware!! If ur vacay is 3 days or longer there is NO cleaning fee at the condo either. Very kind & an extreme value when u do the research. I've just saved u the time & lotsa $$$. ENJOY COLORFUL COLORADO IN THIS CUTE CONDO;-). Cheers!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We spent New Years at this property and had a fabulous time. Tressa, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful, and gave us a ton of tips on getting the best out of our mountain excursions. The house was really lovely and cozy, and had a great fireplace. It was perfect for 6 people! The house was also set up perfectly for a few nights cooking in. We were lucky to come during the holidays because it was decorated to the boot. I would definitely recommend this house and come back here again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our four night stay at this 3 bed/2 bath Condo in Edwards was perfect. Over the last 12 years we have headed to Vail for the Lacrosse Tournament and this is the first time we have stayed in Edwards. It was perfect. Close enough to Vail to get to Ford field for the games, but we can still get away to enjoy the quiet mountains up in Edwards. Our dogs loved the trails, and the dog park/lake down in town! The condo was convenient, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The price was affordable, especially considering we had access to the club's gym and tennis courts. Definitely a place we would return to.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: Mark, Tressa & Rebecca. We live in the Live Music Capital of the World, Austin, Texas.
Why the Owner Chose Edwards:
In the winter there is nothing like flying in and out of Eagle airport without having to stress about driving over the Vail Pass to get to the airport on the other side of Denver . Edwards is just on the skirt of the crowds, yet two World Class ski resorts within 20 minutes.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Beavercreek is a real spoil. Sometimes we don't even make it down to Vail! Everything we need is right there, except a German restaurant. The neighborhood borders a wilderness preserve fantastic afternoon walks with the dogs or hiking and picnics.
