Elgin Crescent is a tree lined avenue of 19th Century elegant townhouses and 54 Elgin Crescent is situated between Ladbroke Grove and Clarendon Road in the best part of Notting Hill, an area frequented by many famous stars of screen and television.

Notting Hill has fast become one of London's most popular residential areas, abounding with restaurants, bars, shops, and the celebrated Portobello Market. Kensington Gardens, Holland and Hyde Parks are a few minutes walk away.

The nearest underground station is Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith and City Lines) or Holland Park (Central Line). However, nearby Notting Hill Gate is served by three different tube services, namely the Central, Circle and District Lines. There are several bus routes that stop in Ladbroke Grove only yards from the property and there are usually plenty of black cabs which can be flagged down in the same area.
