Why the Owner Chose Hacienda de Mita
We bought this place in early 2008 after spending less than 10 minutes with the real estate agent! We had planned to buy in a different development but since it is inside the gates of the Punta Mita Four Season, it gives us all the luxury amenities one can ask for. That makes a huge difference since i.e. the golf courses and private beach club are only available to club members (and their guests) and Four Season and St. Regis hotel guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit flows beautifully out from the kitchen, dining area and family room out through the outside private seating area and into the pool and ocean. It makes for incredible sunrises and sunsets with the calming sound of the waves rolling into the beach right in front of us.

We are a family of 5 that loves the beach and water and this beautiful place sits rights on Banderas bay. It is totally safe and fun inside the gates of the Four Seasons. A very peaceful and fun environment.

Cannot begin to tell you how amazing this place is - so much so we already booked again for next year. we have traveled extensively around the Caribbean etc and nothing compares to this place and especially the value. With young kids cannot beat the heated pool right in front of the unit. Beatrice the housekeeper very quietly kept our place meticulous and Eduardo the chef cooked us two amazing meals. The concierges, Adrian etc were top notch and the overall support from Ana was amazing. The condo is so beyond what you would normally expect, everything at a 5-6 star level. Only downside is the beach in front of the unit is great for playing not so much for swimming. But the other resident's beach club - a five minute shuttle drive away - has an amazing beach shared with the 4 seasons - problem solved.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This residence is unbelievable! It was so comfortable, convenient and luxurious. We stayed there only 5 days but wished we stayed at least a week because it is so relaxing and the nearby amenities were terrific. The little fishing village 5 minutes walk away had everything we needed in terms of restaurants. The gourmet kitchen filled in the rest of the time for breakfast and lunch. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious!! The beach club is really a cool place to go for the white sand beach. It is a great place for a small group or family - everyone can feel so comfortable. I can't wait to go back!!!!!

I went on vacation for a week with my family and it was an incredible and memorable stay. First the accommodations are gorgeous and the pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend getting a beach-side massage and mojitos while enjoying the sunset at the residents only Beach Club. The private pool and secluded beach just steps outside place are great to just relax, and fun for the kids. Golfing... well this is a golf resort destination, you cannot go wrong here. Spectacular. And signature "Tail of the Whale" island hole you have to see and play if you are brave enough. The place is huge. We had a family of 6 adults and 4 kids there and it was ample room which is tough to say for a group that big but the 3 suites do nicely. Local dining and attractions are ample, and can go from family friendly to upscale. Sayulita quite fun to hit for local surfer town gig on a day trip. Resort staff excellent.

Staying at this condominium was absolutely the best part of my family vacation in Puerto Vallarta! It was located in a very safe community, with an outdoor pool right outside of the condo, and the beachfront within a few minutes' walk. The pool was very nice, just the perfect size for our family. Indoors was very spacious, and everything was very new and clean. I could barely tell that someone ever lived here with everything so well-maintained. The design and decorations made the atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable (as you can see in the pictures), a perfect vacation spot! My favorite part was swimming outside during the day and going to the beach, and it was a lovely peaceful spot to relax, read, play games, or do whatever you want. At night, there were excellent restaurants nearby within walking distance, and my favorite was Cafe d'Artiste. (the food was so delicious we came back twice in 5 days!!) Everyone here is very friendly, and is absolutely the place to go if you want a good vacation. I definitely recommend staying at this place if you're ever going to visit puerto vallarta!! I myself want to come back every year!

I look for great deals to great places and found Punta Mita to be THE location for anyone who wants to relax, enjoy the sun/pool/beaches/local culture and not have to break the bank (no offense to the Hawaiian Islands and even the Caribbean, but I would come back here first). And to live in luxury in such a great location, I wouldn't stay anywhere else other than this condo. We got it as a gift for our wedding and stayed here for my honeymoon last year. This is an AMAZING place. We walked in to a spacious and welcoming foyer that opens up to an amazing gourmet open kitchen/living room/dining room combo. The is a beach front unit on the first floor of a 6 unit building that shares one pool. What this means is that the pool and beach is literally steps away from the patio. It is like having the pool and beach as your own backyard! Each room is beautifully and comfortably decorated and each has its own bathroom. The master bedroom is the BOMB because it felt like it took up 1/3 of the whole place and it has a sitting area with 2 sets of french doors, one leads to the patio and the other to the pool! I have recommended the place to several of my friends and I know one of them has already reserved it. I am planning another trip there again with a group of friends this year and it may very well become our meet-up place for future trips! I can't wait to be back there again!
