Our newly renovated Peppertree Bay Gulf side 7th Floor Condominium is the perfect vacation getaway with private beach access to the world famous crystallized quartz beach of Siesta Key located on the Gulf of Mexico. There is a fishing pier on the bay side where you can fish or just enjoy watching the boats go by on the intra coastal waterway. For tennis enthusiasts, there are two private tennis courts for your enjoyment.
If sun and warm weather are what you are looking for, relax on the private beach beside the beautiful Gulf of Mexico or sit by one of the two heated pools on the property.
The area is full of all water sport and boating activities, restaurants, shopping and entertainment, tennis, golf and so much more. If you haven't had a chance to experience the famous Siesta Key Beach come check it out. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for relaxing at the beach and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets on Siesta Key.

I did not stay at this condo during my vacation, however, one day I met the owner on the beach and she invited me to take a tour. This condo is VERY clean, is beautifully decorated with very nice furniture, the french doors going to the lanai absolutely make this condo. During our stay we talked to the owner on the beach daily. You will not meet a nicer person. This condo is definitely worth every penny. The entire Peppertree property is beautiful and well maintained. The beach is absolutely AMAZING.
