This is a truly luxurious home that combines contemporary western style, the finest finishes, lovely, comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, modern amenities & a convenient location in the mountain village.
Attention to detail was paramount in the design & construction of the home. One example is the master bathrooms. When you step onto the heated floors, a sensor turns on the lights below the glass sinks, creating a warm glow to match the warm floor! From the floors to the ceiling, no detail to small was missed. The best materials and furnishings were used to create a truly one of a kind vacation home.
The location is very good. Resting on a hillside, there are great panoramic views to the South, West, & North. There is also a nice view of the slopes (East) from the front of the home. You can walk to the base area or ride in the free winter season shuttle from your front door! The property is at the end of River Queen Lane, and you walk 100 yards to Burgess Creek Road, then down into Ski Time Square and to the slopes. The walk to and from the slopes can be described in detail if you give us a call.
The home is actually 2 fully independent 4-Bedrooms with 4.5 Bathrooms. They are mirror images of each other. Here is what you will find in either, doubled if you rent the whole 8-Bedroom:

2 Upper Level Masters, each with King, HDTV, balcony, & private bathroom. One of these also has a Fireplace! Mid-Upper Level with a beautiful Kitchen & adjacent Dining Room, as well as the formal Living Room with fireplace & large screen HDTV. The living room also has a large balcony overlooking the Rollingstone Ranch Country Club in summer and Ski Touring Center in winter. Mid-Lower Level with Queen Bedroom, private bathroom, & HDTV. Lower Level with Game Room, Home Theater, Wet Bar featuring Granite Slab Counters, Copper Sink, Blender, & Minifridge, as well as Bedroom 4 with 3 Twins and adjacent bathroom.
South Side:
Exact Same as the North Side except Bedroom 4 has 2 Bunk Beds, each with a Double on the bottom and Twin on top.
Have a BIG group of more than 25? If you want a little more than 1 of the 4-Bedrooms but not the whole 8, there are condos within 50 yards of the home where you could get additional space.
