This is a truly luxurious home that combines contemporary western style, the finest finishes, lovely, comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, & modern amenities with affordable prices and a convenient location.
Location: Located in the mountain village area, less than 75 yards from city shuttle service, about 400 yards from the ski area base, 1/2 mile from groceries, restaurants, 1/4 mile from the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course (summer) and Ski Touring Center (winter), and 3 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs!
The home is 2 levels. Enter the main and upper level into a nice foyer that leads into the formal living room complete with hardwood floors, big windows, couch, chairs, fireplace, and entertainment center. From here you can walk immediately into the large Kitchen and Dining Room.
In the Kitchen you will find a 6-Burner gas Wolfe range & custom hood, 2 sinks, all utensils & cookware, hardwood floors, granite counters, and bar seating for 5. The Dining Room continues the elegant theme of the home and seats 8 to 10. Off the dining room is a patio with Gas Grill. There is also a big 3/4 bathroom and laundry room in this general area.
On one side of the Kitchen & Dining Room you have an office with desk & high speed internet access. On the other side you have the Master Bedroom. The Master is a big, private room with Iron Framed King, large armchair, 35" TV & DVD. The master bathroom is also big, featuring his & hers drop-down sinks, granite counters, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in Travertine shower.
Lets go downstairs:
Enter into the Home Movie Theater and lower living room. This room sports a 49" HDTV, DVD, Surround Sound, Leather furniture set including couch, armchair & loveseat, as well as a wet bar.
Downstairs is also home to Bedrooms 2, 3, & 4. All are large rooms with plenty of space. Bedroom 2 has a King. Bedroom 3 has a Queen, and Bedroom 4 has 2 Full beds, also known as Doubles.
There is a big huge bathroom down here shared by all 3 rooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is also easily accessed and has a big slate tile shower. SO, these 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms.
