The entire condo was completely remodeled in 1998 and new furniture and flooring was added in 2007. Everything is absolutely top of the line. Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite counter-tops, marble tiled bathrooms with imported seashell sinks and unique seahorse shaped lavatory fixtures, extra firm King size beds with top quality linens, All-Clad cookware, Bosch & Lomb telescope, and more - it's all you can want in a luxury vacation rental.

Floor to ceiling glass in the living room and dining room give you exquisite views of the pounding surf and gorgeous sunsets. The decor is Hawaiian tropical rattan with gorgeous artwork throughout the condo. The Hawaii trade winds create a great breeze in the two large bedrooms. There is one king size bed in each bedroom. We also supply 2 twin size floor mattresses that are suitable for children.

Poipu Beach - The best surfing and snorkeling in Kauai is located just outside the lanai. This is the hottest spot on the southside of the Island for super surf action. Directly outside the condo are surf spots known as Smokey's, PK's, Centers, and Acid Drop. Off to the right where the beach begins, is great for snorkeling and swimming.

This condo is four to five minutes from golf, tennis, the Hyatt Regency, and the Kauai Sheraton. You won't find a more beautiful condo or location anywhere else in Poipu Beach, Kauai!

Nightly Rate ...................... $225/night plus 11.42% Hawaiian Room Tax.
A $250 refundable deposit is required to reserve your vacation accommodations.
There is a $85 cleaning fee for stays of less than 7 nights.
Sixty days prior to your arrival in Poipu Beach, Kauai, payment in full is due.
Upon receipt of payment, the keys to your vacation rental are sent to you.
The holiday rate (Dec 24-Jan 02) .. $275/night.
Cancellation Policy:  After payment is made,  only those portions of your stay
that we are able to rebook are refunded to you.
