Everyone loves the smell of a brand new car and you will think that you just drove a Benz out of the showroom when you walk into this newly completed 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, raised single home in prestigious Crabline Court. The ground-level entry opens to an inside stairway, which then ascends to a second landing where a single French door opens to the home's very spacious and bright main living area that features a sophisticated, tropical motif. To the left and across the front of the home is the berber carpeted livingroom with a beautiful double-sided, center fireplace, an overstuffed circular sofa and reclining chairs, a TV/VCR/DVD, a desk alcove, and two large windows flanking a slider door to the balcony porch.
