We are minutes away to the Barret-Jackson car auction, FBR open at the TPC, Casino Arizona, downtown Scottsdale, art galleries, world class restaurants and golf, West world, horse shows, shopping, spas, resorts, nature preserve, and tranquil relaxation. We are 35 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. The unit is close to the 101 highway for access anywhere in the valley. The unit has been remodeled and has all new furnishings. The master has a king bed with walk in closet, ample bureau, Flat screen TV. The mattress is new pillow top and the sheets are of high quality. The living room has a leather couch that pulls out to a queen sleeper. A 32" LCD flat panel TV and DVD player will keep you entertained at night. A stone wood fireplace will make the place cozy on cool nights. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, cookware and utensils.
There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. The unit is on the first floor and has no steps. The covered patio looks onto a green belt area has two high back arm chairs and a table for chillin. All bed/linens are of high quality. The complex has tennis, three pools/spas, gym, and clubhouse. Perfect location keeps you close to everything that happens in Scottsdale. Hike, bike, tennis, golf, swim, its all here. There is a covered parking spot for your vehicle. There is a one month minimum on rentals. Ask for a discounted rate if the unit is not booked two weeks before your travel date. You will not find a nicer unit at this price, if you do tell me about it!

I have lived in Scottsdale since 1997. I have traveled throughout the world but cannot find a place that I would rather live. I have been in the real estate and construction business my whole life. I love the outdoors, hiking, the beach, classic cars, corvettes, racing and sports. I got to attend the super bowl in Phoenix in 2008, a bucket list high!

Over all, an excellent location for golf, tennis, and just plain relaxation. The furnishings were very modern and comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

I rented this property just hoping for something nice. It exceeded what I was expecting. Super clean unit! The updated renos are professionally done, the furniture, etc is brand new and the location is fantastic. This unit is is great for a couple and also the couples close friend(s). Thanks for great time!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
