Recently renovated beachfront home offers luxury at competitive prices. Italian tile floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, leather furniture, and very nice surroundings ensure a secluded beachfront experience. Wifi recently installed!
Sleeps 12 comfortably in one king size bed, one queen and 4 bunk beds, with two fold out leather sofas in the family room. Enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and see the dolphins while relaxing in a rocking chair in the covered back patio.
Family friendly, clean, and very unique as it is surrounded by palm trees and other vegetation. Large screen television with DVD, VCR and stereo system. Guests frequently rent both sides of the Duplex (Dolphin West and Sea Turtle East) if they wish to have more bedrooms, yet have two separate living areas (one side for Grandparents, and the other side for young children, etc.) - total capacity on both sides is 24, with six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Renting both sides at once is frequently more economical than renting a comparable 6 bedroom home (with only one living area) in Fort Morgan.
We primarily deal with repeat visitors, which is the best testimonial of all. We are confident that once you visit our home, we will be seeing you again and again . . .

The month of October is glorious at Dolphin West! Perfect weather, almost private beach every day, best equipped kitchen in any rental home. Wireless Internet connection was a bonus. Hope to make this an annual family event! Owners were great to work with and neighbors were all congenial. You won't be disappointed - but leave October for me!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Two families with 5 young children shared this space for a week and it was perfect! The home is very nice, the water is feet away from the steps, and the covered deck in the front is a wonderful option that most homes did not have. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans and serving dishes you could ever need. The owner was very pleasant to work with and the price was unbeatable for the amount of space. The home was very clean and in a great, quiet location. We felt like we had our own private beach. There was a couple in the other side of the home and we could not hear them at all through the walls. We had a GREAT vacation.

Our week at the Dolphin was just about perfect. The property was spacious and very well maintained. The beachfront is huge and the weather was gorgeous. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided except the food. The only problem we had was with the Internet, which my smart husband fixed. We left an ethernet cable with instructions for how to reset the router. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
