Accommodations: House, 4 bedrooms, 3 Full bathrooms. Two master suites each with an additional twin day bed. One master bedroom shares a bath with a middle bedroom. This bath has granite countertops and double sinks, a claw foot tub with a secluded view, and a private commode. The other master has a bath also with granite counters, private commode and a slate shower and a jetted garden tub.
Downstairs bedroom has a similar bathroom as the first mentioned above.
Each bedroom has a television tucked away in an armoire.
Featured in Harper & Collins’ book “Dream Porches and Sunrooms,” published in 2006, it has a wrap-around porch, decks, and balconies with electronic awnings to showcase a coveted view.
For the literature enthusiast, the house is situated one block away from Nabokov’s residence where “Lolita” was written.
The house is landscaped with unusual perennials, conifers, Japanese maples and dogwoods. It is adjacent to a walking loop around Lithia Park and also a 2-block walk to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theatres. Fine restaurants and art galleries abound. Off-street parking is also available.
The home is air-conditioned but can be cooled by breezes from the hillside as well.
DirecTV with HBO is furnished in each room. High speed wireless internet service is provided.

There is a full kitchen. You can figure whatever you have at home you have here. All utensils and gadgets for the kitchen and bath and more.
To reserve the house, a 50% deposit is required to hold your specified dates. The rest is payable upon check in.
There is a simple rental agreement that will be drawn up for each individual stay to show the time you have commited. Advance noticed is asked for longer or shorter stays.
Pets may require a non-refundable deposit, maximum amount being $100. This is a matter that can be discussed on an initial inquiry.
