This beautiful spacious 3,000-square-foot private home is located just one mile from the popular city of Aventura, FL.

By making this vacation rental your home-base, you'll be close to everything from the beach to great shopping, sporting and beach activities, restaurants and attractions. Daytrips are easy with most major sites, such as South Beach and Fort Lauderdale a short distance away.

MANY AMENITIES WITH A HOME:
The beautiful modern Miami home features a great room and a separate large bonus/family room, a spacious master bedroom suite with separate sitting area with French doors opening directly to pool and three additional bedrooms (two rooms have queen beds, one with a twin) for other adults, children and/or guests.
GREAT LAYOUT, MODERN FURNISHINGS:
The layout is superb with privacy for all bedrooms (each featuring its own walk-in closet, fresh robes and towels). The home, newly furnished for Miami 2009, also features four full showers so everyone can have their own private bathroom. Expansive windows and French doors throughout give you a light and refreshing tropical sensation.
INCLUDES:
The house includes everything you need to settle in, with table settings for 12, all your basic small and large appliances, blow dryers in all bathrooms, bath and pool towels, iron, blow dryers, and a small start-up supply of soaps and paper goods. All you have to bring your clothes and personal products and you'll be all set.
AMAZING NEARBY SHOPPING:
Activities and attractions are numerous, including a lot of water and beach and sporting activities. Great beaches, golf, shopping at Aventura Mall, Shops of Bal Harbour, etc.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
The most popular sports in the area are tennis, golf, walking/jogging, canoeing, boating, theater, fishing, gourmet dining and grocery shopping. Dolphin Stadium is only 15 minutes away. Both Fort Lauderdale and South Beach are 15 to 20 minutes away, the beach is but a 5 to 8 minute drive, the Aventura Mall is only 5 minutes by car (and that's with traffic!).
GREAT TICKETS TO LOCAL SPORTING, PLAYS AND CONCERTS AVAILABLE:
We partner with a local ticket broker/conceirge who finds our guests the best tickets for all sporting events, including The Miami Dolphins, The Miami Heat Basketball, Sony Erikson tennis tournament (spring 2009), Florida Panthers Hockey, Nascar Racing, all musical, concerts. Once we confirm your dates, we can book your events.
PRIVACY:
The best part about this home in addition to its price and spaciousness is the location. When you rent, you want to be close to the action, but still maintain your privacy and spend time with your friends. A great way to spend time in South Florida in a relaxing private home.
ADVANTAGES OVER HOTELS OR VACTION CONDO UNITS:
With this vacation property, you have privacy while still being close to the action. You're not all crammed into a small condo that advertises it can sleep more people than its number of bedrooms, you have your own private pool, four bathrooms to choose from, your own driveway (no tacked on valet or parking fees), no hidden taxes that can make your rates sore. You can cook at home in its full kitchen if you'd like to (not pay for inflated hotel room service or hotel food-which is not usually very good anyway) or jump in your car to get to one of dozens of restaurants only minutes from your vacation home. We even prepare you a custom guide book to help you find your way around the area. Overall, when you start adding it up, renting a vacation home is the most cost-effective route for vacations or extended stays.

Rates vary on number of people in party, reservation dates and particular week or month. $100 to $150 non-negotioable cleaning fee applied to each reservation

Superbowl 2010:
Only 5 miles from Dolphin Stadium, this home is a hot Superbowl spot.
Rate varies on demand of week and # in your party) Considering the home sleeps anywhere up to 10 people (parties over 7 require owner approval and added charges), it makes perfect sense to be in a comfortable home.
Unless otherwise indictated, Rates doe not include maid service, which can be made available for $75 extra per day. If you don't opt for daily maid service, there will be a $100 cleaning fee added on to your rate. Larger parties will have to pay a mandatory post-visit cleaning of $150. Pets are okay, but require an extra deposit.

OTHER GOODIES:
For a small fee, we can arrange for refrigerator to be stocked with all your favorite goodies before your arrival. After traveling to get here, who wants to come home to an empty fridge. We will give you all the tips you need on places to go, restaurants, attractions we love, etc. We also have a small music and video library. Tip: Tell us your favorite foods in advance and we will give you a list of the best places to find it as well as help you with reservations in advance.

  • I really enjoyed the home, it was very spacious and neat. The area was nice close to the mall and all the eatery's. Took a little while to figure out how to work the stove but we figured it out. The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful. There was a time were it was difficult to pick up the wireless signal. Other than that I really enjoyed myself and would do it again.
