TWO Rental Options: This nicely furnished home is available to be rented ENTIRELY (5 bedrooms & 2 baths) or as a SINGLE FLOOR with 2/3 bedrooms and one bath! (When renting the entire home, there is an inside stair case with a walk out mud room for those wet suits & towels!)
The SECOND Floor (top) has 3 bedrooms with a queen, a full and two twins beds, as well as one bath with a shower. There is a living area, full kitchen and a dining table for six. You can see the ocean from the large window in the living room!
The FIRST Floor (bottom) has 2 bedrooms with a full bed and a set of bunkbeds, along with one bath. There is a living area and kitchen with dining table for eight. While this is a non-ocean view level, the stairs beside the home lead right to the path to the ocean. It's a very economical choice for a wonderful beach vacation.
Plenty of vacation options: You can rent the SECOND/TOP Floor or the FIRST/BOTTOM Floor or the WHOLE House -- Whatever best fits your vacation needs!
The washer & dryer is located on the landing between the two floors. There is an outdoor clothes line as well for that seafresh breeze. One more bonus, there is an outside shower with plenty of hot water.
The path from the back deck to the beach is less than 30 feet long! Bring your bikes and ride the canal. Go fishing in the ocean or from the pier. Relax and watch the sunrise over the ocean from the deck and a sunset on the marsh from the patio. Along the canal, you can watch the boats and fisherman while eating a lobster roll!
The home is located on Phillips Road, a private, quiet road in Sagamore Beach, near Scussett Beach and the Cape Cod Canal. It is a perfect location for vacation.
