Our pool is an oversized (14 x 30), custom built pool, with a diamond bright finish. The fully screen enclosed pool features a lanai w/fan for those in your group who may want a little reprieve from the beautiful Florida sunshine or for those who wish to enjoy the pool area even in the event of a shower. (It does rain sometimes!) This is our family's favorite feature of our home! There is a safety net around the pool in accordance with the newest safety regulations and for your family's safety.

The Jacuzzi features completely separate heat controls and seats up to 6 people. This is a great end to a busy day at the attractions. Come home, relax those tired muscles as you watch the children swim and play and (hopefully!) deplete their energy supply!

There is gas BBQ provided outside the pool area for your convenience. There is no charge for this accommodation. Nearly all vacation properties charge an additional fee for this feature.

  • The house was so nice it was our home away from home for the week. We were so comfortable it had every thing that we needed. Myself, my husband, my two children and mom-mom and pop-pop enjoyed the pool after the long day at the parks. My children ages 10years and 20mnths also loved the video games and toy box full of toys. They also enjoyed the disney theme thur out the house. We were also pleased about the closeness of the parks and stores. The community is so nice(Emerald Island). We will sureley rent the Weidman's house again. We will be back in 2 years!!! Oh! The hot tub was nice too!!! Nancy made the renting easy she was very helpfull!!

  • We have been to Orlando several times and this home was the best place that we have stayed. Our only mistake was that we brought too much stuff! The house has almost everything that you can think of - and they were clean and working. The pool and hot tub were great and used a lot. The location is great and we highly would recommend the house to others and will return when we come back to the Orlando area.

  • Our stay at your place was great. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the home. Everything was spotless. Our children are 2 and 6 and LOVED the pool. There were plenty of pool toys for them to play with and even a little life vest for our 2 year old. Of course, the adults (me and my husband) also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Also I would like to comment on how comfortable your beds were. The matresses were so comfortable. The last house we stayed at, we woke up with backaches every day from the poor quality matress. It was an effortless transition to stay in your home. It was so close to Disney! Much better than staying in a cramped resort with no room to move. We will definetly consider staying at your home again when we plan our next trip to Disney. Thanks Nancy.

  • Hi Nancy, We stayed at your house in early December and what a wonderful stay we had. The house had everything we needed and if we were there the kids were in the pool. Having all the things we have at home made the stay very enjoyable. The proximity to all the parks (Universal as well) was also very convenient and the weather was great.   • Our family arrived in Orlando this past week and the drive from the airport to Emerald Island was a very short and pleasant drive. When we saw the entrance gate to Emerald Island..it was an incredible site and once we made it through the security gate and pulled up to the house..it made us even more excited. Once you enter the home..you realize that it is HUGE...with enough room to feel relaxed and not cramped. The kitchen had all the necessities, the outdoor grill worked like a charm, and the inground pool and jacuzzi were spectacular. The house was extremely clean and there were plenty of extra blankets, towels, and other necessities. I could go on and on....but no matter what...this home, its location, and all it's amenities..made our stay in Orlando PERFECT!!!!

  • We loved the home very very much. Our kids (2 and 5) have had a wunderfull time, they were playing with all the toys. They loved the wunderfull disney rooms and of course the fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi! We have been several times in Florida and always in a villa, but this villa was the best of all! So we will come back, and we can recommend the villa to everyone,especially when you have little kids. Special note for Nancy: thanks for sharing the experience of your beautyfull villa!!

  • WOW!!! I just left Nancy's beautiful home down in Disney, and I have to say I can't wait to get back. My wife and I took our two boys 7 & 4 along with my Mom and her best friend. Everyone loved the home, the pool, the neighborhood, the proximity to all the parks, and I can't leave out how EASY Nancy makes it for you! After long days at the parks we loved coming home to a private pool where we could relax and cool off. We were looking at hotels when a good friend recomended Nancy's home, and I know I can speak for my entire family when I say I am very glad they did!!!!

  • I was looking for a private, relaxing and entertaining home and this is exactly what I found at Nancy's home. It was a wonderful retreat after spending time at Disney Land and Universal Studios. The house had all the conveniences that one would find at home-nothing spared! The kitchen was over-equipped and user friendly. The beds were upscale and as comfortable as my own home. This is a spacious home and with 4 adults and 2 teenagers we were never tripping over each other and had room to spare. The inground pool was enclosed and secluded-it was well-maintained and was thoroughly enjoyed by all! The house was immaculate and located in a wonderful neighbourhood. I concur with other responders that Nancy is very punctual at responding to e-mails. I had difficulty with my flight due to weather and Nancy was EXTREMELY accomodating. I felt through my e-mails and telephone correspondence with Nancy that she was genuinely dedicated to helping organize my family vacation. She made me feel like I've known her for years (very comfortable rapport) I had never vacationed in this manner before but after such a positive experience would do it again.
