BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH GREAT OCEAN FRONT VIEWS..
This is a very upscale oceanfront townhome with 5 bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 people, the unit has 3 living levels that are professionally decorated with designer taste. The townhome is located at Villa's By the Sea at the quiet side of the North Topsail Beach.
The master bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with a great ocean view, it has a private bath, jacuzzi tub and a private balcony that overlooks the spectacular views of the ocean.
The 2nd floor has three more bedrooms, they are as follow:
2nd Bedroom - is a suite that has a private full size bath with it's own balcony access and ocean views.
3rd Bedroom - has a queen size bed also with balcony access and ocean views.
4th bedroom - has 2 sets of bunk beds that face the fantastic inter coastal waterway, it comes with TV and X-Box, great for the kids.
There is an extra full size bath on the second floor level next to the 3 bedrooms.
The 1st floor has a spacious dining area that can seat up to 13 comfortably with bar chairs set up on the kitchen bar for casual dining. There is a large living room with bar area on the first floor, the hot tub is also situated on the first floor balcony, the hot tub can accommodate 5 persons comfortably to enjoy the spectacular ocean view at anytime.
The 5th bedroom is also located on the first floor, it has a large queen size bed connects to the full bathroom. This spacious bedroom is facing the intercoastal waterway with boat sailing view.
For guest convenience, the elevator on the ground floor goes directly to the living room & kitchen area of the first floor level.
This home is just a short walk away to the fishing pier off the oceanfront, it is great for day and night fishing. If you enjoy rounds of golf, there is a golf country club about one mile away from the townhouse, it is open to public year round.
The balcony from the first floor has a walkway that leads to the oceanfront with your own private beach area for you to enjoy sun tanning or just watch your kids to play with the ocean wave. The ocean front area of the townhouse is there for you and your family to enjoy your ocean at anytime. Come relax and enjoy the great sunrises and sunsets off the ocean white sand, while in your private hot tub or enjoying a meal on the spacious ocean front deck. You will definitely have a wonderful and relaxing time with your vacation for years to treasure.

We just spent a week at Topsail in this home. We would definitely recommend this house for others. It has a homelike feel, is nicely decorated and super close to the beach. In response to some earlier issues--the house was clean considering there are probably 10 people in it every week with a quick turn around. Yes there is some dust on the blinds, but no biggie. The house was in good condition and looked nice. The washer and dryer seem new and are handy. The renters closet with toys, chairs and umbrellas saved us a lot of car room. Sure it could use painting this winter, but again, this house probably gets a lot of use and it is difficult to keep paint fresh. Decor seemed fine to us! The kitchen is well stocked--could use some measuring cups and spoons and a coffee measurer. Hot tub and pool were very nice too. I wouldn't suggest using the couch for your extra sleepers --its a little tight spacewise for that. Enjoy! --oh-also there is an elevator to get your stuff to the first floor-cool!

MY FAMILY HAS A BLAST---ENJOYED SITTING ON THE DECK IN THE MORNING WITH A CUP OF COFFEE AND WATCHING THE SUN COME UP. GREAT VIEWS FROM LIVINGROOM AS WELL AS MASTERBED ROOM. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED..VERY GOOD PLACE FOR A GET A WAY FOR SOME REST AND RELAXATION. ALSO GREAT PLACE TO EAT, THANK YOU DONNA FOR SUGGESTING THE RIVERVIEW. HOPE TO BE BACK SOON

Great vacation, but disappointing property

The best part about this unit is the location: it does have spectacular views of the ocean, offers its own stretch of uncrowded beach, and is within easy walking distance of the fishing pier. The second best part about renting this property is Donna, the property manager, who was pleasant, professional and accessible every time we needed her, even on Easter Sunday morning. HOWEVER, the unit does NOT look exactly like the pictures: the bedspreads in several of the bedrooms were NOT those in the photos, and did NOT match the decor AT ALL, which detracted from the overall appearance of the rooms; the walls are in SERIOUS need of repainting; and the facings of the kitchen cabinets and drawers are all chipped and peeling. Also, beware that the property has some maintainance issues: when we arrived, we had to replace SIX lightbulbs throughout the house(!); there are not any handles on the exterior water spigots(!); there is evidence of water leaks around some windows; the clothes dryer took HOURS to dry clothes; and there was mold growing in the master bathroom due to a poorly sealed shower door which CONSTANTLY leaked water on the floor. The community pool wasn't open and the sewer flooded during our stay. The unit was also NOT well cleaned. There was sand in the bunkbeds; dust, dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom floors; dust covering the tops of doors and window blinds; and dirt and dust staining the ceiling all around the air conditioner vents. In fact, the downstairs air conditioner didn't work for the first 2 days, and when the repairman checked the filters, it was the most horrifying, nasty thing any of us had ever seen. They may have been the originals from the unit's construction in 2005! We also had issues with the hot tub (the water turned green by the middle of the week due to unsufficient chemicals) and there was evidence of someone having had a white dog or cat in the unit (judging by the considerable amounts of hair stuck to the bottoms of the chairs and glommed behind doors), although there are supposedly no pets allowed. We spent the first day and a half cleaning the unit ourselves, since we missed the one-hour window we had to complain. Since there was only a broom and a dustbuster provided, I purchased a Swiffer sweeper/mop to use on the hard floors and bathrooms. Whoever rented the unit after we did got a whole lot cleaner place, thanks to us! Again, the location is lovely & Donna was helpful, but the unit needs some attention.

We have rented houses off and on since 1996 on Topsail Island, NC. This house, by far, exceeded our expectations. Donna was always cordial and helpful with our requests and inquiries. The house's location is ideal for families to access the beach and the community swimming pool. We found Summer Breeze to be well cared for and superbly equipped. Thank you for allowing us to use your ocean front property!

We have stayed here twice in the past, and are looking forward to our trip coming up. Beautiful home, great location. Perfect for walks on the beach, and relaxing. Wilmington is not too far away to enjoy all the benefits of a southern city.

An incredible place to stay! The house is perfect! There is so much here that you hardly have to bring anything with you! The distance to the beach is perfect!! The hot tub is so wonderful at night to unwind from the day. One note...there is only 1 King size bed. The one on the 3rd floor. The other beds are Queen size. The wall between the two duplexes is a little thin, too. If you have a crying baby next door, you'll know it. This was one of the best vacations we've ever had!!!
