  My husband, teen-aged daughter, and I stayed in this condo for my daughter's spring break. The condo was clean and well-maintained and the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was also very pleasant to work with. What impressed me the most about this property were the fabulous water views on three sides. I never tired of looking at them. The condo is located only 10 miles from Old Town Key West and it was very convenient to drive there (which we did every day). My daughter and husband had a fabulous time scuba diving. They used Lost Reef Adventures in Key West and were very happy with them. I also highly recommend having dinner at Kaya Island Eats. It is a fabulous seafood restaurant and is only a 2-3 mile drive north of the condo on US Route 1.

• Wonderful vacation

  We had such a wonderful vacation staying at this condo and definitely plan to come again. We have never brought our jet skis on vacation before but that was definitely the best. This condo was very comfortable for 4 adults. The dock was just 10 steps from the front door and we were able to dock the skis for the entire stay which made enjoying them all the better. We were able to sit on the back patio and watch our teenager and young adult out in the practically private cove, skiing, tubing, wakeboarding and fishing. Close enough to call them inside to eat. So close to shopping and site seeing that everyone enjoyed themselves and had plenty to do. Started every morning bright and early to take the jet skis out and went fishing. Came in for breakfast, then out for the day enjoying many watersports. Only once did we have to share this very large cove with another boat. It was like our private oasis. Our first visit to the Keys will not be the last. The condo had everything we needed. Very private. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in the condo much more than a hotel. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home. It was fantastic.

• The perfect place to stay.

  My wife and I spent a week here celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our daughter. This was the perfect place for our getaway. Far enough away from downtown that you will never know Key West is just down the road, close enough that you can be there anytime you like. Our stay was during the off season and parking in Key West was never an issue. This was out first week long stay in the Keys and I can't imagine a better place to be. This rental unit is just as it is described in the listing, everything you need is there. The only thing we would have liked would have been a griddle for cooking breakfasts. Otherwise it was clean, and the furnishings are what you would expect in your home or better. Views from the back porch are breathtaking, though not a great place to observe the sunsets Key West is famous for, but as mentioned above its a short ride to Mallory Square, this is where you want to be at sunset anyway. You will not go wrong staying here.

  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed your place. The pictures and description on the website did not begin to describe your place. Clean, clean, clean. Fantastic sunrises. Excellent location. Quiet. The trip into and out of Key West was effortless. We were able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Duvall Street end to end and return to our secluded home away from home. Louie's Backyard was delicious, the perfect place to spend our anniversary. I would not hesitate to return and/ or send our friends and family your way. You truly have a "gem" of a place. Thank you for sharing.

  I would recommend this rental to anyone who likes a quiet and private get away from the hub-bub of Key West. My husband and I brought our grown daughter and her boyfriend with us. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed beding able to eat meals in once and awhile. We were quite close to Key West (10 miles) and made several day trips. We found a garage that only charged $10 a day for parking which we found to be reasonable. The condo was clean, nice, and exactly what we needed for our 2 weeks in the Keys. I feel that this was an excellent value as well. The pool was nice to have as well and we seemed to be the only ones using it most of the time!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  If you book this place, you can't go wrong! The info about the place is accurate, and it has everything to offer, as listed. Cynthia, the manager of the property was very friendly, and was very helpful for all info questions that we had. My wife and I, plus my parents, call this our "new vacation home"!!! The place is just 10 minutes from Duval St., for entertainment...with every place to eat, buy groceries, and sightsee for Key West, just around the corner on US 1. The Key West Airport is close too. The neighbors are very friendly, and will always party at poolside with you, or even offer to take you out on one of their boats! Great for couples, or a family of 4. The view alone, made us feel like we spent " a week in paradise"!!!!

  I travel quite a bit throught the USA and abroad and I always rent directly from owners. Based on my experiences, my expectations are always pretty high and this property certainly exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and well equipped. The views are gorgeous!! Cynthia was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. She is very nice and trustworthy. You can rest assured you won't make a mistake if you are considering renting this property. I highly recommend this gem in Big Coppit Key!!! Location was excellent, only 10 minutes to Key West.   My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved it. The condo was fantastic. It was spacious and clean with all the amenities of home. The pool was great and must have been cleaned every day. The location was just what we were looking for. It was private and very secure with a beautiful view of the water from the back veranda and only 10 minutes from Key West by car. Cynthia was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond when we had questions during the booking process. I would reccomend this place without reservation.

  This is the first time my wife and I had vacationed with another couple. We four had previously viewed and individually picked our 1st, 2nd, etc. choices from a half dozen listings in KW area. Cynthia's description was right on the mark as we were very pleased with the location and privacy not to mention the accommodations. We happened to arrive at about the same time as the Artic Express via the jetstream treating us to low temperatures and high winds for a portion of the week. We all agreed that it was still a treat to be as far south as possible. We relaxed, had good food at some of the recommended restaurants (a two hour lunch at Sunset Key was the highlight) and just kicked-back. Did not get the seaplane trip or fishing trip that we had considered due to weather...but the days were sunny and that made it worthwhile. Cynthia was onsite when we arrived and gave us tips on sites and activities. We elected to eat out at a variety of places...with mostly great results. We would (and are) considering a return stay. I would recommend without hesitation.

  We just returned from our trip and are already ready to plan another one! My husband and I planned this trip with our 2 children because we wanted to go away before his deployment to Afghanistan. It was important to us to be able to spend some quality time together and go someplace we had never been. The condo and Key West did not disappoint! We were very pleasantly surprised with the condo having just seen a few pictures in the listing. Everything was clean when we arrived and we loved the location. We had never been to Key West before and were thrilled with all of the fun things to do! Our favorites were jet skiing (Hurrican Hole has a great 2 hour jet ski tour of Key West) and a 1/2 day fishing charter. BobaLu's is a great place to eat if you want to grab a pizza without going into town. It is less than a mile from the condo. Our favorite restaurant was the Conch Republic - the food, the view... It couldn't have been better and it's a short walk to Mallory Square. Only one thing disappointed us and that was the lack of beach access. When I saw a waterfront condo I assumed we would be able to swim from the beach. But it was way too rocky to even wade in the water. We did go to some of the other public beaches, but they were rocky as well. Considering all of the other wonderful things about this condo and Key West in general I would say that the lack of beach access became less and less important as the week went on! We highly recommend this condo for couples or small families. We truly enjoyed our time in Key West and will definitely be back!

  The unit was absolutely beautiful and the views are fantastic. Water views from all windows. The privacy was outstanding and the pool at the waters edge was excellent. My only complaint was that 1 week just isn't enough. Could have stayed there much longer. No disappointments here!

  This was one of the best vacations. It was close to everything, but if we just wanted to stay home -- the condo provided everything for comfort and fun. We met others at the condo and they were very pleasant. The owner's are very accomodating and everything worked out great! Thank you!
