You can fish or swim right off of your own private martini deck/dock.Three outdoor pools and indoor pool/hottub for your use. ok guys Im sitting on a horses rear bar stool.I own a local decor store named Lake Galleon. Look for the big red and orange palm trees out front.This villa is really well organished and one of the best locations on the lake you can find. Once ya try her you will be back for more. I also own the villa next to this one as to have 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. It will be a memory you wont forget.

We justspent a great weekend at this villa. Communication with Dave was prompt. Unit was easy to get to and the key arrangement was very convenient. Walking in the door it looked new. All updates were tasteful and up-to-date.Views from every room and from the 3 large decks were amazing. The kitchen was oufitted for a gourmet cook. In all, this has to be one of the best values we've ever seen.

Three couples, all family, spent a long weekend at this property at the end of October. We came from Wisconsin and Texas, meeting in the middle. Each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom was so convenient! The view is really quite remarkable and we spent as much time on the decks as our other activities allowed. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast, lounging in our pajamas each morning, and took advantage of the nice big grill one evening. The kitchen is small, but had what we needed. The property is adequately maintained for being a rental. We all felt that the bedding and linens were to our satisfaction. The livingroom TV arrangement didn't work for 6 people watching football games, so we rearranged and put everything back before we left. I was the one that made our reservations, so of course I was concerned about what the rest would think. I was thankful when the comment was made that we should plan on coming back again.
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was about half way between Dayton and Denver and was the perfect spot for our family to meet for a few days in September. The setting was perfect with gorgeous views of the lake. The cottage was every bit as cute as the pictures of it and had everything we needed for a fun few days. Dave was very easy to work with and we would reccomend this as a great getaway. P.S. The two chocolate labs had a great time too!

What a great little place for us to stay at the Lake. I took my toddler son, family dog and husband down for a quiet lake weekend in February. We enjoyed the place so much! Very clean and updated with beautiful views. Plenty of room in the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Solid floors were great for pets and family and outside deck areas were awesome for relaxing. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our time at the glass octagon! The house has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The furnishings are comfortable and contemporary. The decks are magnificent for watching the sun set or enjoying morning coffee. It's close to Outlet shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back!

Myself and several friends stayed in this awesome villa over the Fourth of July weekend. The location was perfect - waterfront and close to all of the shopping and bars. The house was so comfortable with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Awesome decks too - we spent 90% of our weekend outside enjoying the beautiful views. We would definetely book this year after year - everyone wants to come back next year!

We stayed for 10 days in September 2009 and found the house to be in a good location, clean, well equipped, quiet and roomy with 3BR and 3 baths. The owner obviously takes good care of it. Really no complaints and will likely rent again.

We loved our stay at this GORGEOUS villa. The house itself was over the top luxourious, the area beautiful, and the lake so enjoyable. Not only was there a fully stocked kitchen (all we added was people and food), but also there were tables for outdoor dining on all three decks, rafts for floating and swimming, comfy bedrooms and best of all, we were able to bring our pets. The laundry area was an added bonus. The villa is an economical alternative, with lots of activities and shopping near by. We plan to return next year to rent both 25 and 26 for a mini family reunion. David is very hospitable and friendly to deal with. We felt so appreciative.

We had a great time! The house is beautiful! Even though the weather was rainy while we were here, we loved it anyway. We had an issue with the kitchen sink. I contacted the owner and within 20 minutes workers were there to fix it. Couldn't ask for anything better! Would love to rent this again in summer time!
