Hi I'm Chuck, I love the water and most water sports from swiming to boating and sailing to kayaking. The Peace River area is full of places to explore. I haven't taken anytime to fish in the area however everyone tells me it's great.

We spent the month of March 2010 at this property and it was just as advertised. This was our first experience renting through VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised. The house was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The setting was perfect ----- to sit by the pool and actually watch fish jump out of the water in the canal was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful setting. It was convenient to every thing we needed and wanted. Fishermens Village in Punta Gorda, all kinds of restaurants, shopping and beaches. The owner (Chuck) came to do some upgrades while we were there and he was very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed the opportunity to meet him. We felt very at home, very safe and very happy! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.
