This Florida Keys vacation home is on a tropical canal located in a quiet neighborhood within the National Key Deer Refuge on Big Pine Key, Florida. Key deer wander down the street and through neighboring property, island walking and bicycle paths add to the tropical ambience.
The island exists for the many ocean activities available such as boating, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving. The famous Florida Keys Looe Key Coral Reefs are just 30 minutes by boat and provides a view of the oceans' many tropical fish without putting on dive gear, just throw on a mask and fins.
Pine Channel is minutes away with access to the Florida Bay backcountry or Atlantic Ocean. There a is neighborhood boat ramp that is close enough for one person to launch the boat, take the car back and walk back to the boat and cruise two canals over to park it at the dock in the back yard. A 20' foot pontoon Boat is available for monthly rental with the property at a reasonable price. Local shops provide daily bicycle and kayak rentals
You can bicycle to No Name Pub for their famous pizza and decor. And two islands away is the Tiki Bar for dancing and drinks, you can also boat to "Parrotdise" for dinner and top off the day with a sunset cruise.
Less than 15 minutes away is the Bahia Honda State Park Beach, One of the most beautiful beaches in the Keys. And of course Key West is just 30 miles away if one were inclined to participate in the DUVAL Crawl or shopping and sightseeing.
The home is newly remodeled. Most everything is brand new. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and master bath with shower/tub. Second bedroom includes a single bed and a day bed, a second single bed can be provided upon request and there is a second full bath.
A brand new full size washer and dryer is conveniently located in the second bath so you can pack light, and always have fresh beach towels available. Living room has a recliner, chaise and love seat with a 37' flat screen LCD HD Satellite TV and wireless internet is available.
There is a gas grill available for cooking up your fresh catch of the day, as you sit by the dock and take in the pleasant evening ocean breeze.

20' Pontoon Boat $400.00 Rental per month, $300.00 deposit
$500 security deposit to confirm reservation.
Fully refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival.
Balance before occupancy in cash, check (10 days prior) or money order.
