If you don't need the size of a 4 bedroom unit, we also have efficiency, one, two, and three bedroom units at Majestic. We can suit any size family or if several families want to come together and save money. We also have units nearby at Twin Palms, Boardwalk Beach Resort, and the Summit. A bit farther east on Thomas Drive we have units at Regency Towers, Hidden Dunes, Treasure Island, and Sterling Beach. If you are looking for something right near to Pier Park we have Calypso, Tidewater Beach Resort, Emerald Isle and Splash Resort. ***All are beachfront units!!***

This Gulf-Front 21st floor unit is a LUXURIOUSLY furnished (4) Bedroom that provides entertainment centers housing TVs, and DVD Players in EVERY room! From this western corner you have unobstructed 270 degree views up and down the beach. Other owners charge extra for this beautiful sunset view ... not us. Check out our reasonable rates.
This condo is not the usual rental! You will find 9' ceilings, crown molding and an elegantly furnished condo, painted in beautiful tropical colors. The furniture is upscale and very COMFORTABLE. Plenty of seating for all guests.
The master bedroom has an exquisite KING SIZE bed. The spacious MASTER BATH has a separate glass enclosed shower, Jacuzzi tub, double vanities and a walk in closet.
The second Master Suite as well as a 3rd bedroom have King Size Beds and the 4th bedroom has special designed bunk beds for the kids. The queen size sleeper sofa allows for 10 persons to stay.
This professionally decorated unit has TVs and DVD players IN EVERY BEDROOM and a TV with DVD and tape player in the living room. After a day at the beach or pool, RELAX on the balcony as the sun sets. We have a beautiful view of the Emerald Coast with SPECTACULAR SUNSETS you will not forget!

I was very displeased with this Condo and Mayestic Beach Towers. The property is no where near Pier Park as it says in the headliner.. It's at least 4 miles to drive. The condo was run down, The king beds had the small pillows, and they were worn out, solied as well. There were no containers with lids to store food. The TV's were very small. Not your up to date flat screens. There were not even a mop to clean with. The air conditioner made such a loud noise when it ran it kept you awake at night. They have the stackable washer and dryer and it took a very long time to dry clothes. As you can see from the advertisement it says Hugh 4BR. the 4th one was no bigger than a closet. The property (Majestic Towers),does not have near enough elevators and they are the nasty and HOTest elevators I have ever been on. The indoor pool had way too much chlorine in it. The outdoor pool was poorley lit therefore dangerous for your children to be in the pool after dark. The steps leading down to the beach is way too steep. They had advertised you could grill out an we had gotten hamburgers and hot dogs but could not find grill. I finally called and was told they no longer allowed grilling. NO NOT GO TO WALMART unless you want to spend hours checking out. We were there at 8:30am and each line was like 50 deep with people. NO, I will never go back to this condo or property. So Disappointed.Owner response: Dear VRBO friends, As many of you know, i have rented my condos for over 12 years. i am an honest and ethical Christian..I must say that I thought the lady I was dealing with was the same type person. I really wonder if someone else wrote the attack above, it does not sound like her at all. I have not had the first such comment as this before, so I am at a disadvantage as to how to defend myself. I spoke with this guest over 6 months ago. She insisted on the 4 bedroom unit even though I had 3 bedroom units at Calypso. I have not changed my listing info and as you can see I do not say we are close to Pier Park. The words Pier Park and Pineapple Willy's are placed there because people google those names. Let me also say that none of these issues were addressed with me while this guest was there. When an issue is reported to me, my goal is to have it repaired within 2 hours. I am pleased to say that my "run down condo" just reappraised for over $500,000.Thank goodness the bank does not share her opinion or the bank would have called the loan. In anticipation of the appraisal, i had the unit painted throughout as well as 2 new sofas in the living room. That was a cost of over $5,000 i do not have flat screen TV's in the Unit. When we got this unit in 2007 the TV's were new and I will admit that I am not going to discard nice TV's. When they quit, I will replace them. But the pictures of our TV's are on our website. I don't like stack-able washer/ dryers but the condo was built with them in there and it would not be feasible to convert an area to a laundry room. I had the A/C checked out last Saturday and it did need a tune up. I would have been glad to have called an A/C person if I had been called. Same with the pillows, the unit now has new pillows. By the way, according to the tax office this is a 4 BR/3 Ba unit. The 4th bedroom with bunks is small, but it is a separate bedroom. Sorry, I can't control WALMART ....:-) but those comments led me to realize that I probably rented my condo to someone very well to do. I guess if you live in a multi million dollar home that any Panama City condos might not seem nice enough. You can check all my units and this is the first negative attack I have ever had. Do we have repair issues in our condos sometimes? Of course we do but we strive hard to get them repaired as quickly as possible to make everybody happy on their vacation. We cannot fix what we don't know about. Feel free to call me.
