“Paradise Found” RECENT TESTIMONIAL
My husband and I spent 10 WONDERFUL days in this unit at Ekolu Village for our honeymoon! We LOVED our condo and felt it was a very good deal! The community was very quiet...As the sun rose on our first morning in Maui, I fell in love with the view of paradise from our very private lanai and private garden. We had a sliding glass door that walked out to a secluded patio off of the master suite and two full sliding glass doors off of the living room revealing a clear view of the Pacific Ocean and the grounds below.
The living room doors opened up to a lovely lanai with a table and chairs where we had breakfast and coffee each morning as well as a lounge chair for sunning and two more chairs in the corner that made a nice area for reading, talking, and reflecting.
The unit had TWO electric grills that worked great (we saved a little money by preparing a few meals at the condo). The kitchen had just about everything we needed (except spices, of course) including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, microwave, dishwasher, roomy refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker) coffee maker, blender, knives, cutting board, and all of the necessary gizmos and gadgetry such as can openers, spatulas, slotted spoons, garlic press, etc... The living room was roomy and comfortable with a large TV, DVD/VCR, cable, couch chairs, etc., and a lovely dining room with the table nicely set.
The master suite was very nice with a comfortable king size bed. The two full baths were excellent. The entire condo was spotless and the grounds were immaculate! There were many other extra touches such as two fresh orchid leis and a nicely wrapped "honeymooners" present left for us on the table which was a beautiful Maui "coffee table" book that we will treasure as a souvenir from this fabulous trip. Beach towels and fresh bath towels were provided daily. The front desk personnel were very helpful with giving directions, suggestions, and helping to make arrangements.
Wailea is a great place to stay if you want peace and quiet. My husband and I would LOVE to return to this condo in the future. The owner was very easy to work with and extremely responsive. When we left, we made a commitment to not only come back to Wailea, but to the same unit as we felt nothing could have been better!

Why the Owner Chose Wailea Ekolu
I especially like the Wailea area best due to the beautiful beaches (and in nearby Makena) as well as the shopping. You can walk to the Shops at Wailea and to the beaches from the condo. You also have access to 2 beautiful pools and BBQ's/ There is also a BBQ on the lanai. We have been coming to Maui each year in December, spending Christmas and New Years for the past 4 years. There is so much to do on Maui and yet there is also a feeling of peace and quietness. This is a perfect match of the best of both worlds!
I originally came to Maui on a Timeshare presentation and actually considered buying a timeshare. A friend of mine, a Realtor, showed me the alternatives and owning in Wailea was like a dream come true! I used to drive through Wailea all the time as I like the beaches here best, even when I was staying in Kanaapali, and used to think how gorgeous it was and how much nicer the weather here is as opposed to elsewhere on the island. I love the location of the condo too, it really has an amazing private feel to it and the views of the tops of palm trees and the ocean are awesome! You can see Molikini and the smaller island to the left of it from the condo windows!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There is a large private flat patch of grass just outside of the lanai and it offers great views (with the ocean rising above the patch of grass) The unit is a single level condo on the lower floor but offers an view that is generally seen from the 2 story units. This is due the the fact the the condo is perched up on a bluff at the back of the community. There is easy access to the pools and BBQ's too. My favorite thing to do is to walk along the golf course in the morning when it is real quiet and no one else is outside. It is amazing to stare out at the ocean as the views are amazing. We are located on the Wailea Old Blue golf course, unobstructed view of the ocean from your lanai, 10 minute walk to the ocean, 5 minute drive, close to shopping, Maui municipal bus 5 minutes away, very quiet, ground floor unit, pool right outside our front door, parking 30 ft. from condo. We have a 40" plasma wall mounted TV and new bamboo flooring in the master bedroom. The unit is also very well maintained and is very peaceful!

We loved the condo. It was completely equipped from the kitchen to the the beach chairs and umbrella. The place was very tastefully decorated and impeccable maintained.The view and the privacy was perfected. We very much hope to return again. Joe was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. In summery all we can say is GO!!! you won't regret it.

What a fantastic fabulous place. Very quit clean and roomy. Loved the beautiful views of the sunset from the back yard. Absolutely loved the pool. Location was perfect from shopping eating and the beach. The pictures were complete accurate of the rentals appearance and amenities. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendation for local places to check out. There was a guest book in the room that was filled with notes and ideas from past guests that helped us on ideas for us while there. I recommend this beautiful place to all my friends and in fact my best friend stayed here for her honeymoon and loved it as well!!! I would and will be returing here many many more times.

We had a fantastic time ! ! ! The view is spectacular and we sat out on the lanai each night with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. The lanai has a BBQ and we had many great dinners out on the lanai. The pool is 5 minutes walking distance and is very private. We loved it so much we already booked for next year !

WOW! We loved the location of the condo!!! We have stayed at others and they can not even compare. We loved staying so close to the beach and the amazing ocean views from the Lanai (and sunsets) were incredible. All for $149 per night in October! People are paying $600 per night at the big name hotels .5 mile away! We cooked a meal every night, the kitchen was updated and filled with every gadget I could want. We are booking another trip real soon! Thanks!

We spent 7 glorious days in this condo for our second honeymoon. We loved it! We have stayed at other condos in the area and none compare to this one! The views are amazing, the location is really private and quiet, and the rates are superb! We can not wait to come back next year. I highly recommend this condo for everyone, you won't be disappointed.

Great way to end our 5 year anniversary Maui vacation! Spacious accomodations and wonderful Wailea location. Snorkeling off the beaches and at Molokini were the highlights on this portion of the trip. Shaved ice at Local Bay Snack Shop is a must! Great dinner out in Makawao at the Haliimale General Store. Wish we had more time for another snorkel or beachside Mai Tai! We loved the condo and the location is perfect!

We have been to Maui many times. We have a rental here we need to check on from time to time. This is the best place we have stayed in. Very comfortable, peaceful, quiet and a beautiful view. Enjoyed a great lunch at Cafe O' Lea for $7.95/ Dinners are a little pricey but lunch is definately worth it. Also had a good breakfast at the "Wave". What a wonderful Maui paradise. We truly enjoyed our stay in your unit. The kitchen amenities and nightly sunsets made our visit very relaxing. Morning runs along the beach front are a must. Wonderful, close by restaurants and lovely yummy restaurants were abundant. Two must do activities are the Feast at Lele and a snorkel trip to Molokini. Both were fabulous! The whale wathing was probably the most special activity - what beautiful animals. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo in paradise! Mahalo!

We very much enjoyed our stay in your condo and will definitely return. We loved the beautiful view, quiet atomsphere and comfortable accomodations. Some things we enjoyed while exploring Maui: - Feast at Lele - good food, not a buffet, not shared seating, worth the extra money - Makena Stables sunset horseback ride - beautiful trails and view, knowledgable guide - Haleakakala and Road to Hana - easy to explore on your own, no guide/tour needed; both are full day excursions. - Mama's Fishouse - Great setting and tasty food, Dont miss it! Five Palms - good, close by beach bar Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
