The private yard has a pool in the middle with grassy areas on both sides and backs onto a park and reserve. Please note the pool is not heated during winter months. Play tennis, basketball, soccer, or enjoy the children's playground at the park.
The house has an open floor plan with a split master bedroom, tastefully painted in earth colors, and has all the utensils and linens necessary for your stay. It sleeps up to 8 guests in bedrooms and up 4 additional guests using the sofa bed and futon in the family room and den. The kitchen opens to the living room and has a spacious island, ideal for socializing with friends and family.
The house is conveniently located in an upscale and quiet family neighborhood in the north central Phoenix, with mature trees and spacious lots. It is located just a few minutes from I-17, Highway 51 and Loop 101, 20 minutes north of the airport and 15 minutes west of Scottsdale.
