Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I always wanted to fulfill my dream of owning a home in Old Town and was fortunate to do so in 2006. As both a resident and a visitor, Old Town gives you the full effect of Park City life. You are able to stroll the streets, enjoying the historic architecture, meeting new friends and dogs! all while having the close access to Main Street and all it's amenities.
The Unique Benefits at this House
My home is located at the south end of Old Town. A quick walk puts you on the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort as well as Main Street. My home is charming, homey and unique. I have taken a lot of pride in the decor and I always make it a point to personally meet all my guests.

I have lived in Park City for 16 years. My family used to vacation here and I used to think, "What a great place to live!" My career with an airline enabled me to move here permanently in "92. The people and lifestyle are like no other place I have ever been. It has true soul. I have been here long enough for me to call myself a "local" and I take much pride in contributing to a positve experience of Park City.
