Located in the Townhomes at Sailor`s Watch. This new and well-decorated unit is in an ideal location in West Ocean City near world class marinas (Sunset Marina, O.C. Fishing Center etc.) Also close by are over 20 restaurants, malls, shopping outlets, and amusements, all within 1 mile.
The three level unit has plenty of space, approx. 2200sqft. The living room, wetbar and kitchen are on the third floor for a great Ocean City skyline view. The well-stocked kitchen also includes granite countertops, ceramic tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. This unit also has its own elevator. The second floor has the master and twin bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The master bath has jetted tub and separate shower. The first floor has the third bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. This floor also has access to the garage.

This place was great for our family vacation. It was beautiful and very spacious. The location was excellent. It was only a 5 min drive to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping, but far enough away from the hustle and noise of Ocean City.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Rented March 2009. This was a wonderful unit (clean, spectacular amenities, spacious). Highly recommend for golfers due to its great location. The owner, Tim, was great to deal with. I would not hesitate to rent again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5

About the owner: We are a family of four living in Pasadena, Md. We have two adult children, 23 and 26 yrs of age. We have always loved Ocean City, Md. We previously owned a place from 1996-2003 and sold it. Ever since then we wanted another place down there.
Why the Owner Chose Sailors Watch:
We chose the location of West Ocean City for a number of reasons. First of all, we realized that we spent a significant amount of time in the restaurants and marinas in West Ocean City. Since we enjoy that area so much, we might as well live there.
It's nice to be outside the hustle and bustle of the peninsula, yet close enough to get there in just a few minutes since we are located just outside of it right near the inlet.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
From the upper level, we have a nice view of the landscape of the Ocean City peninsula.
There is easy, uncrowded access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
We have a pool at our community and there is a small beach at the end of Old Bridge Rd. that sits right on the inlet. A nice beach to avoid the crowds.
