I have a cute cozy house above the surf breaks in beautiful Santa Teresa. This is a beautiful, untouched part of Costa Rica, and the surf breaks are great all year. Come visit this special town to rest and relax. Casa de Megumi is located above central Santa Teresa, near world famous Surf Breaks, charming restaurants, and small shops, which many refer this area as a paradise, and close to Cabo Blanco National Park, Montezuma Waterfalls, and world-class sport fishing. Home to nature lovers and those wanting to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life.
Our casa offers two bedrooms (each room with a full-size bed) equipped with electrical fans, a bathroom with a hot-water shower, a kitchen with electric burners, a microwave oven and all necessary utensils and plates, outside patio areas with a hammock and a table and chairs for relaxed outdoor living, meditation, and yoga practice.
This casa sits on 1.2 acres of land surrounded by exotic jungle with ocean views. There is hot water, ceiling fans, privacy from main road away from dust and has a secure automatic gate and private parking for security purposes. The property manager is available during the day on the property and reachable by phone at night. Surrounded by exotic animals, plants, and the breathtaking ocean, our goal is to make you feel tranquillo, relaxed and in awe of this special part of Costa Rica. It’s really what PURA VIDA is about.
Special arrangements can be made with prior notice for personal chef services, massages, and laundry and maid services.
Various activities such as surfing lessons, waterfall canopy tours, sport fishing, horseback riding, yoga and capoiera lessons, nature tours, spa treatments, bird watching, ATV tours are all easily accessible and recommendations can be given.

Why the Owner Chose Playa Santa Teresa
When I came to Santa Teresa for the first time, I fell in love with this beach and its beautiful nature. So, I bought a large piece of property back then, built a large vacation home, which was sold 2 years ago, but kept this cozy casa for myself. It is my desire to build more casas for vacationers who are attracted to natural beauty in a very quiet, clean setting, within a walking distance to the beach and downtown.
The Unique Benefits of this House
It is located on a mid-hill, large property with an automatic gate for security. It is very quiet, clean, peaceful and you will know that you can relax to the core of your body and soul. As the two bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and bathroom, two couples may share the casa for economical stay. it is within a walking distance to the beach, Internet cafe, grocery store, and some restaurants.
